I updated the theme I was using on the NiftyToolZ site yesterday and I think it was that which caused the issue you experienced.

I think I've corrected it. Would you like to try again, please?
Thanks Roses

Sorry you're experiencing this issue.

I got someone else to try and they're experiencing exactly the same as you. I've raised a ticket with Paypal's tech support and I'll let you know the outcome and when it's resolved.

Thanks for your patience Roses Roses Roses

If you'd like to email me at highton.ridley @ g mail .com with your details, I'll set things up in advance of your payment. I hope that helps

I've been working really hard on the Product Stagers, preparing them for a library of image assets you'll be able to use for your social media product promotion designs.

The only question now is, where do I get a library of image assets we can all use without any licensing issues?

Product Stager
I've been struggling and fighting and losing skirmishes but have now won the battle...
Smile

You can now include your logo or other image(s) when you make your own template (or modify and save a library template). Any images added via the "Add your own image" panel are now saved with it.

Why is this so great? You can now easily brand all your social media graphics made with it with your logo. How cool is that?

Enjoy Smile

Good news on the animation front for the Product Stager. I found an app from Giphy.com that allows you to easily capture an animation anywhere it appears on your screen - and that includes your browser window.

Animations are saved as a gif files and they're compatible with Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Now I've done the research, I just need to decide how best to apply the knowledge to the Product Stager and give you powerful ways to draw more visitors to your stores - so watch this space!

This is the first half-decent attempt. I'm still exploring and learning how to make this work best for us.
I'm making good progress, though

This is a tweet using MP4 video instead of a gif. Still made by the Giphy desktop app: https://twitter.com/hightonridley/status/1199014484448350209

Here's an over-the-top one. I've had to use ezgif to optimize it so I can display it as a gif here. As I'm finding out, MP4 video is best for social sharing.

Don't laugh at the over-the-topness!

There's 5 gifs in this one but normally I'd expect one or two at most to be used.

I'm almost ready to release the new version that you'll be able to use.
Tomorrow morning, UK time, hopefully.

The new version of the Product Stager is now released. This brings it to V5 with the addition of stickers (aka animated gifs)

This is the new panel for adding them:

And this is the help you get (by clicking the green ? button):

Enjoy

This gif was made with one of the Facebook library templates and captured with the Chrome extension "Chrome Capture". I used its settings to resize to 600px wide and the filesize ended up as 9.9MB.

It's fun and it's cool!

I've now added the clipart section to the Product Stager.

I've made it easy for you to grab clipart images from pretty much any clipart website with the imgGrab bookmarklet - but make sure you read and abide by their license when using their images.

Fixed a bug that arose under some circumstances when saving and loading templates containing clipart.

Product Stager

I just added a clipart compilations section to the Assets and images panel. These cover Christmas, Party Fun and Valentine's Day:

Now you can easily add any clipart images featured in those compilations to your graphic.

Another Product Stager enhancement

Now it's even easier to make your own templates for social media from scratch with the new best-fit placeholder generator.

You tell it how much space to allocate for the placeholders and how many you want on each row and it does the rest.

Here's what one looks like (without any images):

And here's the setup for it:

And here's a new template I made for the library with it:

I've been thoroughly testing, tweaking and improving the Product Stager

...and I've fixed some bugs on the way Smile

It's now even easier to make your own templates from scratch. And a new addition lets you apply borders to your product images using a colour of your choice.

I've also made a few enhancements to usability - for example you can now close any editing panes you're not currently using.

I'm pretty sure that the stager is now complete - unless you've got any suggestions for improvement!

Enjoy

I wanted to share my experience with Mark and nIFTTTy .. I am going to repost what I posted on the NiftyToolZ Tips and Support Facebook page wall.. because honestly I could not put it any better.. it comes from my heart..

So.. First of all I want to say THANK YOU to Mark not only for making this awesome program (nIFTTTy) but for walking me through every step of it.. Smile and getting me going..
I signed up with IFTTT in 2014 and looked at it a bunch of times and just gave up because I didn't get it.. AT ALL - I have seen Mark talk about nIFTTTy in the z forum.. and I didn't think it would be for me.. so I pinned and pinned and pinned.. I joined the promoter program at zazzle.. in hopes of getting better referrals.. and I have.. nice ones.. but my pinning skills.. left much to be desired.. not nearly diverse enough.. SO I decided to join this nIFTTTy deal and see how it went.. Mark offered to "hold my hand and walk me through it" and as much as I really did Not want to be a bother to him.. and take up his time.. I wanted to make it work.. so I said yes.. so yesterday we spent about an hour and a half.. he walked me through each step on FB messaging.. well - it was So much easier than I ever imagined.. I wish I had done this years ago.. truly.. it was a piece of cake.. we got done in a couple hours.. (yeah I had lots of questions and we chatted some too ) I've made 8 more all by myself.. quickly really.. (now trying to organize my thoughts to get some done that are more targeted.. ) and have 8 of them now running.. Sweeeet.. If you have any inkling at all to learn this.. let Mark 'hold your hand" through a session and you will be on your own going and doing.. in no time.. what a sweetheart for not only making this tool but to help us learn to use it.. and have fun doing it.. If an old goat like me can learn that quick, anyone can.. Thank you Mark.. and happy to have a cool new friend too.. Smile How nIFTTTy is that ? hahaha.. Smile Love

I've made a 2:17 vid tutorial showing how to make a great graphic for Twitter.
Watch it here: https://youtu.be/6El2d_V6g10

The vid linked at the end shows you how to get the link that the Product Stager gives you to go with it in your tweet text.

Of course, you can use your own if you want but the inbuilt one increases your chances of selling one of your designs.
The vid explains why.

I've added some more library templates to the ProductStager and visually imporved some of the existing ones (with a couple left to do).

I've also tweaked the user interface to show the active layer by keeping its button blue when "show all layers" is selected.

Here's a screenshot showing all library templates:

I've added a new Valentine's Day image frame for use with the nIFTTTy Scheduler and Pinterest. I made it with the Product Stager as I found that easier than with Photoshop!

I did have to use Photoshop to make the 'hole' transparent, though.

I've asked on the NiftyToolZ Fb group for people to make more image frames for Valentine's Day and for St Patrick's Day. It's now time to start pinning them and there's ony 2 for Valentine's Day and none yet for St Patrick's Day.

We'll see...
