TipZ- Halloween Classroom cards 👻👻 3 pages: [1] 2 3
Posted: Friday, July 23, 2021 2:14:41 AM
Hi Designers and Happy Friday!

Did you know that the term "Jack o'lantern" comes from the Irish legend of Stingy Jack and Halloween's origins date back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced sow-in)? The Celts, who lived 2,000 years ago, mostly in the area that is now Ireland, the United Kingdom and northern France.

We're looking for some spoooooky Halloween Classroom cards, that are kid friendly and can be shared around the classroom, either by Elementary Teachers, parents or schools. Think classroom Valentine's Day Cards - for Halloween! Perfect for handing out to peers or attaching to candy for trick-or-treating. Ideally these would be greeting card and we would love for you to share single PID's or Collections in this thread for merchandising and promotion campaigns.

Thanks Designers, have an amazing weekend! ☕
The Z Team 👻

If you're going to cut cards in half, might I suggest rack cards at about $12-$13 for a pack of 25? That would give you 50 cards!

There's the folded business card option (tent fold) - they're mini and you get 25 in a pack and are quite cost effective for teachers. Could work maybe?

Hi Z Team -

Thanks for all these great Zazzle TipZ.

It would be very helpful if you added the posted date in the title of the post topic. Adding the date will help the community understand when you have posted a newer topic and the relevancy of the topic. Example: Tipz Outdoor Baby Showers {July 2,2021)

Thank you for all your help Tipz that help everyone in our wonderful Zazzle community.

Interesting idea - you used a postcard that would need to be cut in 1/2. That is very forward thinking! Might I ask if they sell well for you? Thank you Smile[/quote]

Here's a rack card example. Make two cards by cutting in half. Quite economical.

wow! minimum purchase 100 cards? I hadn't seen those before. Didn't realize we had any cards with that high a minimum.

I must say I'm learning a lot in this thread about different products we have (and the minimums on them). Going with the folded business card idea - here are a couple I just designed.

and here's one with the postcard to be cut in half:

I was surprised to see a call for these cards because the school my son went to when he was a kid stopped it due to families who couldn't afford it and the fact that there were always children who were left out by their peers.

Was this a thing only in my school district and it's continued elsewhere all along?

I think these cards are great for like Zazzle says for Teachers to give to all kids. They are great too for fun at work where you can pass out a smile to your coworkers. or for a Parent to pass out at a party too as well as at School when they are permitted.

Mini little cards, kids could use glow in the dark ink to make them extra fun, ideal for school classrooms.

Sorry Annette, this is my bad. I noted to do this after your feedback on the last one and somehow I omitted it from this posts title. My original post will always have the publish date on that but understand it's easier to have it on the previous list menu to review. Will write a post-it to remind myself for next time! Happy Roses Roses

Thanks,
