What Happened with My Art Nouveau Girls Collection ?

This is the collection:

All products in it appear grayish, like deactivated buttons. When I try to add products to it. I can't find it anymore among my collections list, not even when I search it by name.

What's the problem with it and how can it be solved?

I clicked on it take a look, but coming in from the outside, everything shows in full color.

Have you rearranged your collection between the end of Dec and recently?

I rearranged my collections on or about the 26th of December and it still has not taken on my store front.

So just maybe whatever is going on with rearranging may be affecting yours.

What's strange is that I made changes to individual products in some collections this morning and they've already appeared in those collections.

"All products in it appear grayish, like deactivated buttons" --> I don't see this

"When I try to add products to it. I can't find it anymore among my collections list, not even when I search it by name." --> This collection appears in the "Recent" section at the top of the list in the 'add to collections' pop up. Also, when that pop up is open, searching by "art nouveau" makes this collection appears at the top of the list.

Are you still seeing these issues? Maybe this was just a temporary thing?

I was still seeing that issue - until I restarted my computer.

Strange.

Next time something seems "stuck," first try reloading the page. It often works to clear out old data. Sometimes a combo of that plus clearing history is needed.

Dare I add, Ctrl+F5 does the trick for refreshing and cleaning cache for the page in question only, no need to clean the entire browser history Smile

Firefox doesn't seem to have that shortcut.

There might be a FF browser extension to give you that ability.

I've been using ctrl+F5 on Firefox for years.

Me too, and I don't have any FF extensions except AdBlock.
