The collections are showing, but there is nothing in them. I do not know the answer, but a couple of possible reasons to explore. Perhaps there were not enough items in the collection for it to show (you have to have 8). Or perhaps all the items in the collection are no longer public (i.e. were moved by Zazzle to hidden) and therefore the collection itself no longer shows.

Collections disappear from public view whenever they are updated until they index. This can take a couple of days. This had been normal behavior for as long as I can remember.

Hi Lovelywow. There doesn't seem to be a tech issue present, just an indexing delay. I would give it a day or so and the collections should show. If they do not show by then please do let us know and we'll be happy to take another look Smile

The answer is 0.

You can create a new collection and then go to the collection page and it'll just say "Sorry, there are no results". If you add one product then it'll show one product. If you add seven products then it'll show seven products. But the collections page is just a page, and it'll display whatever products you've added there.

Now if you want the collection to be displayed on the product page then it needs to have 6 or 7 products (I forget the exact number).



More generally, it does look like indexing is a bit slow. I'm checking on this now.

I thought that's what the person was referring to: whether or not the collection shows on the product page. Anyway, at some time in the past, the number was six, but then it was raised to seven. Of course, it could have been changed yet again.

Just an FYI, two people have posted a collection link in my Affiliates Request for Valentine and Love items. When I click on either one it takes me to a page with the message that there are no results with a suggestion I look at other collections. I have tried going back and clicking on one of the products that I can see in the link, same results. They appear to have more than seven items in the collection. I don't think this is a lack of products or an indexing issue. Something is just wrong.

The collection states when it was last updated. It is on the left side directly across from the share button. If it was updated within the last couple of days, it will show as empty. That's normal. It usually takes a few days for it to index, and then the products will show.

If you have a collection that is not displaying products then please link me to it so that we can take a look.

Very sorry for the delay in getting this one fixed. These types of issues can be difficult to track down.

Well, what I'm seeing is that the collections that have been recently updated are visible when signed out, you just can't see the recently added items. This one is an example:

I added three items to this collection yesterday or the day before and they're visible when signed in, but when I sign out they go away.

I'm not sure if that's the intended behavior or not, but I think it's a VAST improvement over the whole collection going blank.

However... and I don't know if this is related or not, I'm no longer seeing other items from ANY collections (mine or other designers) displaying below the product on the product page.

As of now, none of my collections are blank. And all items on my private view seem to match the public. I will report to this thread, if I notice anything different........

I believe it still takes some time for an item to appear in a collection to the public view - but it has always been that way.

I think everything is working! Thank you and your team so much for their efforts!

No, it's still not correct. I stupidly added some new products to an existing collection 2 days ago. Now it doesn't show up in the customer view. And unfortunately, I advertised that collection link on social media a few days ago. Which won't work now if anyone clicks on it. I had thought this was finally fixed, which is why I added the products. My bad. Now I might be missing out on some sales. Not happy. Sad

The indexer is a bit behind at the moment. Everything seems to be functioning normally apart from that. I will check up on the examples listed in this thread again tomorrow morning.
