Scott - on updates about collections......

Scott,

For the issue going on with collections not updating or adding products for the public view......

I am having the same issue as everyone. I know we are to keep comments to the thread "Collections Invisible to Public". So I am not starting a new thread with a list of specific collection problems.

Your last update was on January 13th - where you said that "your engineers had all the information needed to solve the problem" - and you LOCKED the thread until you knew more.

I was wondering if when you LOCK a thread (for any problem) - if you could still post an update on it every couple days. letting us know the progress. Even if there is no progress - you could just say that "the fix is not found yet, but this is being worked on for sure!"

I keep checking this particular locked thread and seeing no update. It would probably give me, and others, more piece of mind if you gave us an update every now and again.....on how the fix was coming.

Thank for considering,

Does this issue include new Collections not showing up at the bottom of the product pages of the products they're in? I've created a couple of new collections recently that have plenty of products in them where they're not showing up at all on the product page itself.

Five collections not showing up for me, when in public view. I can see them when I'm signed in.

YES - that is what is happening to all of us. But this is not a thread to complain about the same thing. Scott has already pointed us all to the thread above called"

"Updated Collections Invisible to Public"

This thread pretty much documents the problem.

With THIS thread - I was just trying to get a message to Scott, asking him to update "Locked" threads once in a while, to let us all know the progress being made.......

Thanks,

Flagg

Isn't the goal for ALL OF US to create products, collections, and stores FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE???? How can ANYONE sell ANYTHING when our products are not visible? THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Hi

I see they working on an issue with collections updating on store fronts and have locked/closed the groups to comment.

Mine have not updated for a while and worried about doing any other modifications to collections.

Is there an updates ZAZZLE backend?

Thanks

How can Zazzle STAY IN BUSINESS when the "basics" are not working? I spend thousands of hours and thousands of dollars creating my stores and NO ONE can see the majority of my collections.
How is it that tech support can't FIX the problems?
How will Zazzle compensate all of us for the extended amount of time where we are not able to sell all of our items?

I think the issue includes the product page, too. At least my new collections do not show up neither on the collection page nor on the product page.

Another thing, today I noticed that old and rather large collections (like my Valentine collection and several birthday collections do update, from one day to another.

Does this mean that the bug only 'attacks' new collections?

This is a valid and logical question...keep that question on the back burner!
