Saved Folder Problem
Posted: Tuesday, October 29, 2019 1:23:00 PM
For the last month or so items in my saved folder do not get deleted when the product is made for sale. When you click on items that have been already made in the saved folder they should show up with the proper title and no edit button or with a blank template. Lately when I click on items that are in the saved folder that have already been made they allow you to create them again. I am not sure which have been made and which I still have to update without searching my stores to see if it has already been made. Also, have made quite a few duplicates before I caught the problem.

Hope it can be adjusted soon.

Thanks

Me Too --- I have almost 200 items in it, it's like they are stuck there.

Hi LeatherWood Design, the link you provided seems to be CYO product. I tried to replicate it in my own account with no success. Can you provide a link to a product that you posted for sale that is still showing in your saved folder? Thanks again Smile

That was showing in my saved folder and it was showing as already made.

Not sure what you need.
Today when I open an item that is in the saved folder and also in the marketplace the following comes up
"Would you like to continue from the last saved design you created 3 days ago?"

I believe everything on the following save page is in the marketplace. I am only positive about the money clip and tie clip. It is very time consuming to check them all
https://www.zazzle.com/mbr/238207742997519561/inprogress?nav=MyProducts&type=Both&pg=4

Here is the finished link to the tie clip

I would also like to know why the links I use to reference back to my stores show a page that is a search for my store and not my store front?

This link put on my web site
https://www.zazzle.com/store/lwoodmusic&rf=238207742997519561&tc=wp
I also used it without the word "store" and it goes to the same wrong page.
https://www.zazzle.com/lwoodmusic&rf=238207742997519561&tc=wp

takes me to the following page
https://www.zazzle.com/lwoodmusic+gifts?rf=238207742997519561&tc=wp

In Saved Folder
Today a bunch of items I know I made to the saved folder at the beginning of the week just showed up after items I made yesterday.
It looks to me like instead of deleting items that have been made they now show up in the saved folder again. I checked to see if they are still in the folder from the first time I made them. No they are only showing up as newly made.

The date of the items in the MP is 10/29 and the same items that just showed up in the saved folder is 11/2.

I must be spending too much time on this my sales have dropped off the board the last two day despite advertising so I am going to just keep working today. Thanks for all you helping.
