Royalty never cleared from 10/04/2017

I have a royalty from 10/04/2017 that has never cleared. It doesn't indicate that is was cancelled either. Is there anyone that I can contact about this?

Are you referring to the Payment History section? Does it say Pending? If this is what you are referring to, that isn't unusual for pending to never change to cleared, but I am certain you got paid. I say this because it has happened to me. I've been paid even though it kept saying pending.

I also have a sinilar issue where a sale From Oct 23, 2017 never cleared. Thanks for bringing this up.

Are you looking at the Earnings History, or the Royalty History?

Use the Royalty History for accurate information about royalties.

ETA: And always post a link to the affected product when reporting technical issues in this forum, as per the posting guidelines.

Eileen, I had that happen to me too, in November 2017. But I checked it, and did get the royalty paid.

Try this...

Go to your earnings page and choose Royalty by Product. There you filter the time period to 10/1/2017 - 10/31/2017, and then you add up the $ royalties you got for products paid for in € (yes you will have to scroll through the payments). After that, you go to History under Payments and check the Royalties you got paid in December 2017. Check the $ amount you added up previously of the € payments for that month. It should be the same.

I have entire payments from 2011 that still say pending, but I did get paid. It’s cosmetic.
