Public store not accessible via internet

Hi Z -
created a store a week ago now containing products. However neither the store link nor the individual product links are working - "404 not found"
Account is not set to private

Hmmmm - check to make sure the link you are trying hasn't been altered or truncated - or try a refresh. I found your store just fine by going through your user name. It's public and I can see your products.

If I log out of Zazzle and try the store link I get the home page but when I click on products I get a 404 not found. (?)
Thanks!
(did a refresh)

If I use the individual product links in html, I pull in the product picture fine but when I click on the image (like to purchase) I get a "broken image face" and it says "Zazzle refused to connect"

This is the code (from Zazzle)
<div style="text-align:center;line-height:150%"> <a href="https://www.zazzle.com/official_lindy_day_mug-183086646609185171" rel="nofollow" > <img src="https://rlv.zcache.com/official_lindy_day_mug-r7cdb49c709f14bbb896136e7b7388382_kjukt_1024.jpg?max_dim=325" alt="Official Lindy Day Mug" style="border:0;" /> </a> <br /> <a href="https://www.zazzle.com/official_lindy_day_mug-183086646609185171" rel="nofollow" >Official Lindy Day Mug</a> <br />by <a href="https://www.zazzle.com/store/black_ramen_official" rel="nofollow">Black_Ramen_Official</a> </div>

If I use (as a test) just the link without html in the browser it accesses the product fine

I checked your store and a random selection of links turned out just fine. I didn't get any 404s by clicking on the product previews for several products.

Odd... if it makes you feel any better I can see all of your products and even add them to the shopping cart without any problems. (using Safari)

A person doesn't have to be logged into to Zazzle correct? (trying to integrate the store/products into our website)
BTW - using Google Chrome

Launched Safari which I dont' normally use and it does the same thing - store link gets me the the store's home page but clicking on the Products tab gives me a 404 not founf.

This is the link I'm using:
https://www.zazzle.com/store/black_ramen_official

So it isn't your store, but linking back to your store from a 3rd party site?
If you compare the links:

You apparently grabbed the code from a mug and a link from a charger. Both links work just fine.

But if your backlink into your store from the image is not working you might want to check if you accidentally missed a number when you copy pasted the link.

product code is not missing anything - again if I strip out the link out of the code and put it into the browser it works. But not while it's in the code.

but even if I just got to our store on Zazzle directly using https://www.zazzle.com/store/black_ramen_official, I get to the home page but when I click on the Products tab I get a "Ooops Something Went Wrong - 404"

This is happening for both Safari and Google Chrome

I also toggled the Make Store Private on and back to off

You can also go to this page, click the product link and you'll see the other issue from the website itself:

Ah! - I have a thought - have you set your products to be more than a 'G' rating?

I tried logging out and indeed, I cannot see your products. If I'm looking at one and log out, it goes to a page that says it's no longer accessible to me and to log in. I'm thinking that it may be because your rating doesn't let children look, and being logged in is the only way Zazzle knows how old you are.

oh - how can I change that? all of our stuff is kid friendly but we simply don't offer baby sizes. However, all the products as set to PG-13 - should I change that?

Gonna try that right now

Rest a mousepad to Rated G and saved but still same problem

you can see here (click on product) https://www.blackramen.com/official-store

Definitely change that... I didn't see anything on your site that would need more than a G rating... if you set it any higher it really limits who can see your items. It doesn't really have anything to do with whether or not kids are your intended audience... just whether or not the items are 'safe' for kids to see...

the easiest way to change them will be to go to your store's management page, do a select all (you'll have to do it for each page of products you have... it only selects what you can see) pull down Actions - Edit - Additional Information (and make sure you click the user agreement at the bottom)

Give it a little time - changes made on your management page don't always take effect immediately... it takes some time to re-index your store, so change them all and if it hasn't worked in a few - 24 hours, then you'll have to revisit the problem, but I really think that is the ticket.

I tried clicking on the products tab using iPad/Safari and Windows/Chrome and I got the 404 error with both.

Awesome Penguin thank you - I'll reset everything to G and wait for it to propogate - hope this works!

That looks like it worked - I logged out and was still able to access all of your products Smile
