Post Product for Sale bounce 2 pages: [1] 2

I'm having an issue with the Post Product for Sale page.

If I customize an existing product of mine and hit the sell it button, then typically all the product fields are filled out and I can just hit the Post It button to create a new product.

But as of today, the Post It button just bounces me back to the Post Product for Sale page with no warning of any field info missing.

This happens even if I create a new product from scratch and ensure all fields/checkboxes are completed.

I've deleted all cookies, logged out and restarted Chrome, but without success - keep getting bounced back to the Post Product for Sale page.

As mentioned, I could successfully create new products up until yesterday.

Any pointers?

J'ai le même problème depuis ce matin ... j'essaie désespérément de publier mes produits, mais la boucle infernale me ramène sur la page de publication. Est-ce une erreur due à la nouvelle version de la zone de travail du concepteur?

Possibly, but if I transfer an existing design to a new product and go straight to the 'sell this' button (bypassing the designer/customize screen), I still get the same bounce.

It's been happening to me too. Since yesterday I am also bounced back to my post product for sale page. I've emailed Zazzle support and I am awaiting a reply.

I've deleted my cookies, cache etc. I've tried on Chrome as well as Internet Explorer. I've tried posting my product on my laptop, my tablet as well as my phone. So I've ruled out that it's not a problem on my Google Chrome.

I believe the problem has something to do with Zazzles recent updates... It happened to me around the exact time that they updated their layout of the "create a product" page.

Please fix this Zazzle!

Same thing happening here, I took screen shots, then when I tried to submit a help ticket it would not upload the screen shots and also would not post because it said I had not done captcha correctly when there was nothing there to do captcha with except the check box which was done.
When it bounces it also changes the marketing image.

This is happening to me now. I can't post anything!

Before that it wasn't allowing me to change or delete any elements of a design.

I have wasted about an hour so far. Please get it fixed.

Yes, since yesterday I am having exactly the same issue; I can see the products in the "saved designs" area but not in the shop as when I try to publish them it takes me back to the "publish" Page even if all fields are filled in and it shows no error or information missing.

I had a towel set that when clicking Customize it would bounce me to this page https://www.zazzle.com/faux_handmade_floral_paper_white_art_design_bath_towel_set-256673795426504080

I used a saved design and was able to create the towel set https://www.zazzle.com/store/artsybabyboutique/products but it's not showing up anywhere in my baby store
This is the only towel set showing up. https://www.zazzle.com/store/artsybabyboutique/products?qs=towel%20set&dp=252782818043349927&cg=1965492

I wasn't having any trouble with towel sets a couple of days ago, remade a whole bunch of them because moving store BUT this particular towel set isn't working now.

Here are 2 towel sets, the baby toys one when clicked works appropriately, the faux handmade one doesn't.

James is there any news on this, there is no point in trying to upload until we know it is fixed!

Still no update on this. It's been 2 days now since we can't create a new product. I am trying very hard to be patient!

If Zazzle were to simply reverse their recent changes I don't see why this wouldn't be fixed.

To be honest, I am not overly keen on the new product customisation layout anyway. I can't seem to get used to the dark grey. I find a plain white background with black text much easier to work with. Maybe that is just my opinion, but does anyone else agree with this?

I haven't been on Zazzle for a couple of days and have just logged in and seen the update to the design interface.

I'm experiencing lots of glitches trying to design with text and images not behaving as they used to. I can not resize text boxes or delete images.

Also, on some designs I'm unable to turn on the "Make this a template object".

I've just tried to Post a product for sale and nothing happens, the page refreshes back to where I was without any error message. Crying

I just designed a bunch of products today but have not gotten to posting them yet. Guess I'm glad I found this thread now so I didn't have to go through this frustration. I will wait till we hear that things are back to posting the way they should.

Still unable to post a new product. Hitting the 'sell it' button on the Post Product for Sale page - after ensuring all fields are correctly filled - still sees it bounce back to the same page.

Any tech info I can provide Zazzle, please let me know.

Running latest version of Chrome, W10 Pro.

I'm confused at the true issue b/c it seems to be bouncing around a little in this thread. From unpopulated "post" fields on a pre-existing product to a ghost saved images.

HOWEVER, regarding the blank/unpopulated "post" fields when using an existing product, this has been happening for at least a month if it's the same thing I'm thinking. All you need to do is refresh the POST page. The fields will populated.

It's not a HUGE problem b/c it's easily remedied, so I haven't reported it. It tends to happen when I make a product too quickly, i.e. just changing font color or filter on an image. This is a really quick process you can do before the system (lately) appears to realize you're doing it.

But like I said, this has been easily remedied with a simple refresh of the post page.

This isn't the same issue. For us, its that the items we are creating are not making it past the 'sell it' page you fill out. When we go to finish it and to post to our shops it just gives us the 'this will take 24 hours to appear everywhere' and then takes us back to the 'sell it' section to be filled out again. Further the product won't show up anywhere other than the 'saved designs' page so all sections on the shop are unpopulated.

I'm not suuuuper great with computers...but I mean I do at least know to try clearing cashes and refresh pages. Come on now - that's like asking if we are sure that we've got our computers plugged in and switched on.

I have heard from Zazzle and because this was my very first shop with them I assumed it was a ME issue and not a THEM issue and asked if I was doing something wrong, but alas they assured me that they are aware of the issue we are having and are working on it.

As a quick update, for me the issue has still not resolved itself. I hope it starts working for others.

UPDATE: I was just able to post a product for sale through Firefox and using the American Zazzle site (.com) I can't seem to post if I'm using the .com.au site, Australia where I am based.

I still can't post a product for sale.
Is anyone else still in the same boat?
Any tips to make it work? I've cleared cookies, cache etc in Chrome.

James with all due respect, this is a busy time of year and when we hope to be selling more ... why on earth were the untested implementations done NOW?

I just followed your lead, I could not post via the Australian site but was able to via the American site ....

Toujours le même bug sur le site français. J'ai suivit votre information et je suis passée par le site américain et apparemment ça fonctionne. Je vais donc utiliser le site américain en attendant. Merci pour le conseil!
