Please check Zazzle posts shared to Facebook for erroneous "more info" link.

What I'm seeing when I click the "Show more information about this link" button on posts shared to Facebook from Zazzle (you'll have to click the thumbnail below to see the actual image, not sure why it's showing up so wonky here in the forum):

This affects all of the items I've shared to Facebook from Zazzle, regardless of which computer I've used, browser or operating system, going all the way back to February of 2016.

Only posts shared from Zazzle seem to be affected, and includes both product page shares and collection page shares.

Unless Zazzle is owned by Starz' Spartacus TV series, I think something must be wrong with the info page for Zazzle on Facebook. So it probably affects a lot more people than just me.

I can't provide you with a link to my page to see it in action, because I've taken it down until this situation is rectified.

Yeah, that's an odd one. We're looking into it.

Yes this is affecting my business FB pages too. I am glad I am not the only one who has seen this - so I now know it is related to Zazzle but it is affecting my business page.-

I hope it gets fixed soon!

This is being looked into by Facebook at the moment. We don't believe it's on the Z side but looking into it also.

Thank you,

The "Spartacus" hover problem on FB is still happening as of today (9/18/18).

Sadly, yes. We're awaiting on some development on this too and apologise for the delay everyone!Roses

Maybe time to stop waiting, and start nagging Facebook to fix it already? Sorry, but until this gets fixed, nothing gets promoted on Facebook by me. The longer it drags on, the more 'delightful' my mood is going to get.

Hey guys, we understand the frustration with this. Please do know that we are doing everything we can. As always we really appreciate your patience in this matter Roses

Aisling, James, and Scott...

I have taken numerous screenshots, and sent to Zazzle support management. They are taking it seriously. I cannot post any products or collections either, without this link showing up.

When I went to the Spartacus Facebook page and saw they have a link, then told a Zazzle Supervisor about it, she said there is no official affiliation between and Zazzle.

I followed that link and it did indeed take me to a Zazzle page with Spartacus products. HOWEVER, none of the products are authentic from Spartacus TV Show/Starz.

I suspect one of the designers or sellers of Spartacus merchandise, utilized the "Suggest Edits" tab on the Spartacus Facebook page to add that link...which drives traffic to all "Spartacus" products made by them, as well as others.

Nobody else would have an agenda for adding that link to the Spartacus Facebook page. I think somehow, the erroneous link we are all seeing is connected with that.

There are 701 products under the name "Spartacus". Only a handful of designers/sellers. I think they should be checked out.

Thanks for sharing your investigative information. I'm sure that will help along the line and we appreciate it. Unfortunately we're waiting on Facebook Support to get back to us on this. There's nothing we can do until they take action for us.

And if they never get back to you? "The squeaky wheel gets the grease."

Take it from someone who actually has "expediting unresolved requests" as part of their job description. They don't call it being a 'professional nagger', but sometimes that's unfortunately what it ends up being. It's not about making people drop everything else of importance that they're doing. It's about making them understand the importance of the neglected request, and why it's a big deal to the person waiting for a resolution, and why it's important to the overall mission of the organization.

One hopes that Zazzle understands why this is a big deal to their designers, why it means some of us won't promote on Facebook until it's fixed, and why that merits not allowing Facebook to just stick this issue on the back burner and forget it.

James, Scott and Aisley,

I understand the ball is in Facebook's court. However, on Monday 09/24/2018, they will have had enough time to respond. What is the next level of escalation we can expect?

You might contact someone at Starz. It is their facebook account, afterall, which has the issue. Perhaps their technical staff can correct the problem.

I'm sure it would not be difficult for someone in upper management with Zazzle to reach someone in upper management with Starz.

I put in a Suggest Edits request with FB on the "About" page for Spartacus to take out the Zazzle link. That page has four URLs separated by commas crammed into the web page field (only one actually displays on FB), so the commas are likely causing havoc in FB's data table.

I also contacted Starz on their FB page and asked them to change it if they owned the page and suggested there were intellectual property issues if they didn't own it.

Thank you Apple Pie. I agree.

I did the same. I don't think a live person at Facebook sees our requests.

It's not fixed. I'm still seeing Spartacus, but with more text than before.

Still not right. Still says Spartacus. See image below...

They're apparently waiting for Facebook to do something, based on prior responses.

My Facebook page is public again, but it's now a 'Zazzle-free' zone, and it'll stay that way so long as this problem persists.

Sorry, Zazzle - but "that's the way the cookie crumbles", regardless of who is at fault. I simply won't have my page looking to followers as if it's been hacked.

I'm not gonna tell anyone how to live their life, but I am gonna lock this thread.

Not the first time we've had issues working with Facebook, but I hope that we can get this resolved sooner rather than later.
