.....issue with Zazzle that needs correction.
Items show as sold in the last 7 days when they have never been sold.
Items listed as sold but not viewed in the last 7 days.
(I listed some of many above)
Thank You

OMG Skip this has happened to me SEVERAL times and always at the beginning of the month and on a FRIDAY! THe most bizarre thing take a screen shot on your products sold page it is much better in case you do sell something this way you have it saved to show

James is the one that I worked with and he emailed me to look into this - one of the glitches said I sold 100 menus! never sold any it never appeared in my sales or in my royalty page but it did mess with my credits number! I keep a daily log of my summary statistics that is how I noticed it right away..... Sadly that credit number would go up each time this happened but when on the products sold page would finally correct the error and it would correct the statistics back to how it should be the number DID NOT go back down one.

I am curious did you notice if your number went up by the amount of the false sales and do you see these sales on your products last sold page?

I feel your pain - This happened to me I think 3-4 5 months in a row it was crazy! And always the first weekend in the month like I had gremlins or something - Hopefully James will seek you out as he will remember this hahah after reading about me he should remember Love But was finally able to fix it from happening again.

Hi Skip, can you provide a link to each product you mentioned above? Smile

Yes I can.
Considering the fact that Zazzle has access to my back end and has previously had employees enter it to verify what I post in the forums, I can consider your response as a work order. If Zazzle is serious about fixing problems, they can send someone into my account to check it themselves.
Please send me an email request.
My fees start at $50/hr.
Minimum fee of $50 per link.
Thank You
Grin

Something like this seems to happen whenever I resort the product veiws especially after deleting a product. Like a cell in a spreadsheet being deleted, but not the entire column, causing a mis-alignment of data.
It seems to correct itself within a few hours or upon the next "resort"/refresh of products.

Yes, and it has been this way for a very long time. Unfortunately, not everyone knows this and those of us who know about the lag time for accurate data wait a few days after deleting products.

true, but it would be really nice to have accurate stats the update quickly. It's hard to keep any kind of true idea of what is happening with my shop and products today. Then when we finally get some data it is at least 3 days stale.

There's multiple indexers, and they're not always sync'd up. We're working on improving this, but I don't know when any changes might roll out.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I understand that seeing confusing data is not the most helpful thing.
