Notice on Account - Address Doesn't Match

I received a bright red message on my account this morning saying I would not be paid because the address listed doesn't match my W8 form. I took the time going back to my emails to check that the last form I submitted matched and it appeared that it did. I resent the form in.

Now the message has disappeared. Was this an odd glitch I just happened to stumble on?

Hi there, this may be a glitch. The message I think you are referring to is something we are aware of and it does not indicate that there is anything wrong with your details or form. Can you provide a screenshot of the message or provide the exact text of the message so we can be sure? Thank you Smile

The message disappeared so I can't screenshot it but it was displayed above the Earnings Summary and current total balance.

Everything looks to be good with your account and you have a pending payment as normal. It looks like it was a glitch. We will flag it and thanks for the heads up. Sorry for any confusion! Grin
