No reviews since the 4th of June

We haven't had any reviews since the 4th of June, it seems that there is a glitch on reviews, are you aware of that? or are you trying to fix it? it's always good to know what people think about our products. Any information about it would be appreciated.

I'm just gonna throw this out there....

Do you have International sales? Did you check all domains? Reviews are only posted to the domain in which the product was purchased.

If you know all that, ignore this post, but please let it remain for any that do not know.

Yes Thank you Gina for answering yes we did know that, reviews are showing under activity for all stores, but not at the individual store.

I also have a batch of reviews listed under my profile name, and NOT sorted into the store that the products are in.

Looking by date, it's sporadic (there are reviews correctly placed in the shop dated after and between a bunch that are only listed when I look at my overall profile name.) I have 2 stores, only one currently has any reviews.

I have one but am actually glad it doesn't show because it is only 2 stars which looks poorly for my products for sale and may prevent future sales but at the same time I also really hope the customer got help with the problem. Love the card Dislike the printing , Cannot see it. Would like to have them done over and printing put on the back of the card "

I am not sure if she changed the font color or size because it is customized but I had never had an issue with the card with any past orders.

I've not had any since April. It could be correct, but I don't know for sure. Seems I would have had at least one review since then.

I'm also showing reviews in my member profile that aren't showing up in my store. Here's an interesting bit of info: The last review which shows in my store tab is from June 1st. However I've had three more since then ~ the one from June 17th showed up for a day, then it disappeared so I looked to my member profile and it still showed up there... ? Two more reviews in July also do not show up in my store tab reviews.

It's all internal at this point, as we're the only ones to see our customer reviews on our member or store pages.

I should add: One person who reviewed a mug in April submitted it four times ~ apparently they didn't think it was accepted right away or loved it that much, haha. I do not know the person so they weren't trying to do me a favor. Is it possible for the Z team to remove the three duplicates? Thanks!

^^^Or they purchased four slightly different mugs, and then reviewed each mug.

Also, I found the four reviews listed on the product page. It just takes awhile to search for them.

The problem isn't necessarily that no reviews are coming in. The reviews are probably coming in just fine. They're just not being sorted correctly on the product page, and that can lead to users thinking that they're missing. Totally understandable.

Once we get things fixed it'll work like this: When you open a product page for "XYZ Shirt" you'll see reviews for "XYZ Shirt" listed FIRST in the reviews section. Then below the reviews for "XYZ Shirt" will be reviews for Create-your-own shirt and Mickey Mouse shirt, and so on.

Just checking product page for reviews and noticed a page count

The arrow for forward > and backward < are so faint that they are very difficult to see.

Known issue.
