I have two products that are missing from my store. They are also not listed in their category on the product page of my store. I've tried to search for them using their exact name but can't find them that way either.

The only place my customers can find them is through the collections I have them added to. Please let me know how to get these two items added to my products page and into their assigned categories so my customers can view them with ease. I've included the link in addition the the product ID number.

The second item I listed has been resolved with a phone call to customer support.

The first item has not been resolved, they said the product is just taking a long time to show up on my store, that I should wait until after this coming weekend to inquire again. Is is customary for items to take a week to show up in the store? This item was created on Monday along with 7 other items and all of those other items are in my store.

Is there a reason that Christine is answering people who posted about the same exact problem as me? I posted on the forum before they did and yet I can't get a single bit of help from Zazzle. The phone support told me to wait a week. The email people won't even respond, despite the confirmation email stating I'll hear back within 48 hours. It has now been 72 hours with no help.

I have a similar problem for Office Products missing items:

From other posts I've seen, there seems to be an ongoing problem of products missing from the Department subchoices.

3 out of 4 of my missing products were created over a year ago (and they aren't listed as hidden).

Another subchoice that doesn't match: Craft Supplies

backend: 67 / storefront: 19

Note: I've been modifying the tags, etc. for all of my products. Is it possible that modifying them caused them to vanish from the storefront Department subchoice? But if so, why some and not others, or will they all eventually return?

I am not sure but it could be they are missing it because there are already so many threads open about this same subject.. if you can find one that is already open it is usually best to post to that thread instead of starting multiple threads especially if it is one they have already replied to and that will bump that topic up to the top of the list again where they will notice a new reply and are more likely to see it.

Thank you! I'll keep trying, I've been doing that for the past day but it keeps getting ignored. A pro user in another forum topic said my link showed it as sold out but every time a customer clicks my link to the shirt on social media they can see the item and buy it.

Yes, after 4 days of no response from customer support I deleted out the item and designed it from scratch. It appeared within minutes on my store, so I guess I'll never know what I did wrong that caused the other design to show on my store. Thank you for responding.

I wonder if it just items created on MONDAY? I have had the same issue I was told it would take 24 hours to appear and then it vanished completely and then I asked AGAIN and they asked for the number? I have no number only the email stating the item is ready for sale....it was a stamp. I never received an email stating it was NOT approved after receiving one stating that it was approved so I am at a loss and no one can seem to help me.

Tonight I wanted to make an allover print flowy racer back shirt and couldn't find the template for it. Then I went to my two stores that I had my previous ones in and all of them are gone. The Plaid Shop shirts are missing as are all the ones I made in DiamondWillowDesigns. I can see the photo on the front of my Collection and I can't see it IN the collection. Even the numbers of items in collections don't match with what is showing in them. A lot of products are missing.

I would like to jump in here and say that I also have products that do not show up in the marketplace when I do a search. This is in regards to the Planet Jill necklaces I have. I wanted to promote them today with the 50% off special, and when I went to do a search, only 2 of the 10 that I have appeared in the search for necklaces. One of the missing necklaces was published 2 years ago and the others were published in December of last year. So there is definitely an issue here.

Can we get the courtesy of a reply here? My shirts are still missing but still counted as being in the collection. ALL flowy all over print shirts are missing.

I finally got my missing products in the marketplace to show by editing the titles slightly or just retyping them. This worked for all but one product. I finally gave up on that one and made it from scratch again. Now they are all appearing where they should be.

It turns out my shirts cannot be bought from the Canadian store. So that's why I thought they were missing. However, if I work on the US Site, the shirts can be purchased and sent to Canada. Crying

They are not missing if I look on .com

I randomly noticed that my "hunting" category is entirely missing from my store. I was trying to re-organize my categories. It shows up when I look under "Products" but doesn't show up on my store front.

There's quite a few different bugs that are being reported here. Please be patient while we sift through them all.

Diamond_Willow - all-over-print tank tops are not currently visible on the .CA domain. We're working on fixing this.

Sorry to add to this issue but I've got about 400 items missing in my store front and they are not hidden items or appear to be from any particular department. (200 approx. from my abstract store front too)

Hi. The total number of products in my store front is about 400 less than in store management.(and comparing different departments the number is less)

I am revamping my doodlesgift shop and in the process I moved things into different catagories the icon shows for the catagory but the products don't show in the front of my shops.Thanks for all of your alls hard work and for trying to get this figured outSmile

Another example. I have 62 Public products in the back end but only 7 show up in my store. This is kind of a problem since I link to all my store categories from my website. My website suggests there are lots of product but if someone clicks the link they don't find much. Sad
