Below is a listing of known issues with the site. I'll be doing my best to keep this updated for quick reference.


Issue: Your products are not being grouped together, or the wrong products are being grouped together, or something else weird is happening with Product Grouping

Issue: The "Front and Back" product view of some paper types contains colors that are light/faded.

Additional info: This will be fixed as part of a larger update to paper products (which is currently underway now). Until this is fixed you may choose to use a different merchandising view.


Issue: The "featured products" section of your store page isn't accurate.

Issue: Views counter in store backend is not updating properly

Issue: Sales statistics in store backend is not updating properly

Issue: Unable to select some views as the product merchandising view.

Notes: This was likely caused by the recent paper breakout, and affects a few of the different paper products.


Issue: Unable to review a product that you ordered. If you click on the "Write a Review" button on the Order History page you're taken to a page that may not contain that product.

Additional info: This is known to affect products created via design transfer, but it also affects other products. May be two separate bugs, but the behavior is the same so we'll treat it as one issue.
