Eyedropper Tool

When I click on the eyedropper it deletes everything and goes to a blank page.

I'm having trouble, too. When I click on the eyedropper icon the design space goes completely white. If I move my cursor over to the design space, I get taken to a nothing page.

Same thing for me, using Chrome on desktop computer (works fine using Firefox)

It's working fine for me.

If you're experiencing this issue:
Which operating system are you running? (for example, Windows 10? Windows 7? OSX 10.10?)
Which browser and version are you running?

Windows 10 - 1903
Chrome Version 76.0.3809.132
Still doing it this morning

Just checked firefox. It works there.

OMG I've been designing for years and I never noticed the eyedropper. Seriously, I have to wonder how my brain functions at all. THIS IS AWESOME! By the way, it works for me, using Windows 10 and Firefox.

Be at peace with your brain. The eyedropper is brand new, so that may be why you never noticed it.

Eyedropper tool not working for me either for the past 2 days.
Sends my design to "saved designs " and sends me to a Zazzle "What do you want to make today"page. Windows 10 Google Chrome

I was so excited to see there's an eyedropper finally, I went and tested it out! It's got an error just like everyone says. It turned by art board blank and reverted to my "Recently Viewed Items." Too bad it's broken.

I use Windows 10 & Chrome and neither give me any issues doing anything else in Zazzle.

It would appear something has to be adjusted so the eyedropper works with Chrome. It works perfectly in Firefox.

Oh wow! finally an eyedropper? That's amazing- I waited forever for that! Anyway, I just tested it, and it works OK in IE on Windows 10. So must be a Chrome issue.

It worked fine the first time I tried it the day it was published. It hasn't ever since. I stopped using it. I have my external eyedropper tool.

Good morning. Any ETA on when this will be fixed.

I click on background color followed by the eyedropper icon.
I then place the cursor over the area I would like to select the color from
A pop up window appears saying

"Something went wrong. We couldn't process your action, please try again."

Working fine here:

Win 7 Pro
Opera

I tried the eyedropper again today.(Sept 21) Using it immediately pops up the "Something Went Wrong" window. I suppose that's a slight improvement from turning the card blank or switching out of the art board.

I use Chrome.

Hi all, a fix was pushed through for this so everything seems to be working correctly now on our end. If it is not working for you, please respond with what OS you are running and what browser you are running and version also. Thank you Smile

Nope.
Though it doesn't loose the page content any more. It just tells me something went wrong as soon as I have the eyedropper over the print area.

Win 10 64-bit
current Opera
Version:63.0.3368.107
