Everything Gone... Really?

Did my store just disappear, really?

There's nothing in the back end, or front end. I don't have any emails telling me I'm a bad person and they are going to take my store away... anybody else having any trouble?

Admin? What did I do wrong?

Yes. I just had everything disappear. Refreshed the page and it showed products I made 3 days ago and before, but nothing newly created. Refreshed again and now it's all gone again. This might explain why I've had 0 sales today.

Stacey, I don't think it's you. My products and store front are all gone, as well. Like you, I was thinking maybe my store was closed intentionally, but it seems to be a technical issue. Ellen

Thanks. Just saw the other thread on it too. Glad I'm not the only one.

Hi techs, still slow to load,hovering over my store icon in the backend at the top right of page cannot even log out! Aso slow switching to Public profile.It has also been affecting the Zazzle forum ! Jilly

it was working this morning, but the backend (earnings, etc.) to all my stores is now not available. only on the Zazzle marketplace are my products visible.

But seriously, all of a sudden can't access any of my personal areas...was fine up until about 30 minutes ago.

Can't access the back end of my store at all.

8:02pm EST and nothing on the back end is appearing..looks like the glitch is still active! Lets hope they fix this issue soon!

It started for me a short while ago when I tried to add an item to a collection, and Zazzle came to a halt as it couldn't load any of my collections. Other Zazzle pages became dreadfully slow to load too. Then I found using Highton Ridley's Nifty Tools that the feed from Zazzle was not returning any products. Now, apart from the forum, I can't access any part of Zazzle at all. :-(

It's not working for me either, nothing in the back end, and can't access the storefront. Hope they fix this soon, bet they are looking into it (sarcasm). It's Sunday, late afternoon, and my frustration is showing, don't take it personal.

I have difficulty signing in, now I have to click "I am not a robot", then boxes of pictures I have to select. I suppose if I am a robot I would not be able to chose. Hope it will be normal again. It is driving me nuts Stick out tongue

Reboot didn't work! I reckon I did speak too soon when I said it was working again.

I do believe they are aware of it, from that other thread in this channel that is about this same topic.

Same issues here. In addition, was able to access one of my Samsung cases from the MP but several of the previews are wonky. Sad

Yeah, getting "Sorry, no products found."

All saved designs are gone too, and all the pages are loading slow.

Ditto - I can't get to my store or profile. It eventually times out and tells me:

"Request Error

An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If you got to this page after manually entering the URL into the Address field of your browser, please make sure that it is spelled correctly."

Sorry for the delays yesterday folks, and thanks for your patience. According to this thread:https://forum.zazzle.com/technical/looks_like_i_can_access_my_store_again_site_back this issue is no longer occurring, please let us know if you experience the same problems again.
