Earnings by Zazzle App LogIn Problems

Anyone else having problems logging into the Earnings app? I am using a iPhone 6. It was fine an hour ago. It is telling me that my password is wrong after I go through the captcha test. My password is correct. Sometimes I have to delete and then reinstall it. I tried that as well as logging out.

EDIT: IT JUST WORKED FINE!

I have not been able to log in for months. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times on iPhone 7 Plus including once more today after several attempts to log in and still nothing. It says to contact customer service support.

Malissa - are you able to log in to the regular Zazzle app?

Scott, yes I am able to log on the regular app.

Also, it’s not really a big deal because I hardly use it, but thought I’d mention it since someone else had the same issue.

Which iPhone are you using?
Which OS do you have installed?

These shouldn't be the reason why, but it's good starting info.

Well, when I looked to see what iOS I was using I realized I hadn’t updated in a while so I updated to current iOS and tried logging in again and that did the trick.
I’m sorry! I always seem to do silly stuff like that, but auto updates annoy me and I ignore the updates until I absolutely have to.😬

They took away all the sales and store details from the Android app just before Christmas. It's been driving me nuts not being able to see where the sales are coming from and how many of an item sold. I just sold my first set of wedding invitations and the computer earnings version doesn't give any details like the phone app did. REALLY REALLY REALLY wish they'd fix the Android app!!!!
