Hi,
The design format has changed. I knew that was coming. It looks like it is going to have some neat features. I am having an issue right from the start.
I can not seem to cut and paste items (from one of my own designs), to a new item. I used to do this all the time, when trying to get a complex design of several elements from one product to another.
The cut and paste is even grayed out on the pull down menu.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
FLAGG

Put down a background color in the new design space. Then the "paste" will work. Then set the background color back to transparent. It's just a placeholder that makes the copy paste work between products.

Ok. Thanks.
I still could not get it to work with Safari, but that did work with Firefox. That might be my browser that I design with from now on.
I will experiment further and get back. Thanks for the quick response.

I posted this in your other thread... While many of us have been using the new tool for months, it is new to Safari users and is still being tested https://forum.zazzle.com/feedback/any_e_t_a_on_the_newest_design_tool_for_safari

The arrows doesn't work and so with delete and short cuts. The "fill" option when you want to make a photo template looks ok when you make a product and them post it for sale. But after posting it for sale and you test it with another photo it doesn't work. It's like you have used the "none" option.
