CSV File Not Downloading Properly
Posted: Tuesday, May 07, 2019 11:46:47 AM
I'm trying to download a CSV file of earnings data from a particular time period but the data isn't downloading. I have to use Numbers and don't have access to excel. But Numbers reads a csv file.

I came to report this very same issue.

While downloading from earnings history yields a blank page, downloading from royalty history https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/royaltyhistory does give the correct data.

Another vote here to please fix the Earnings History Export. I have also contacted Zazzle customer support. They directed me to this thread.

Was hoping that with pay period just happening the CSV glitch would fix itself but I just checked and still showing blanks when trying to view report.

Any updates?

Thanks much

Unfortunately the earnings history CSV data export file is not exporting correctly, there are headers but no data, I see I'm not the only one having this issue. Hope it will be fixed soon :-)!
