Categories not sticking

Since earlier today when there was an overall glitch with the Zazzle system (we could not log in, it kept going in a loop) it appears that the following two categories "events & occasions" and "recipient" are not indexing our choices.

If I open a product I posted after the glitch occurred, I can customize it but when I post it for sale those two categories do not reflect any of my choices. Everything else is fine (title, description, tags etc).

I have tested this on several different products and the same glitch is happening on all of them.

Hi mensgifts, I have checked these products and I can see that the categories have indexed and are showing in the edit menu of the products. Is it possible to provide a screenshot or more info if I misunderstood? Thank you Smile

Hi Padie. It appears to have been a temporary glitch as it is now not clearing the categories as it did earlier. Thank you for taking the time to check and come back to me. If it reoccurs I will post here again.
