This may only be a temporary hiccup but business cards shared to twitter have their design image offset somewhat. See here for an example: https://twitter.com/hightonridley/status/822296851357515777

Odd. I'll have engineering take a look.

Because I don't know where else to ask:

I noticed all of the "old premium" business card stock is shown as out of stock. Are these being removed / discontinued from the offerings because they don't work with the new formats? Is this a bug?

Or are they truly all out of stock?

Also what's the difference between the Premium Thick that is in stock and all the other "thick stock" that is shown as out of stock?

TIA

Per your request I posted the question in the other forum. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I did ask if it was a bug :-)

Looks like my cards were switched to a premium paper rather than the standard they should be listed as.

Since we don't have a bulk edit option it would take weeks to fix this one at a time.

Will Zazzle be able to change all of these back to Standard?

Told to repost here:

Backend thumbnails are BLURRY; Public View are crisp

Here is my attempt at screenshots
Left two are in backend
Right two are public view

They all look blurry to me in this image, but the right is still clearer.

Will see if there's anything we can do for that, thanks for pointing it out.

Should be fixed now. Please let me know if you still see this issue.

The original I noticed it on is now ok - automatically as I did nothing. New shares on twitter are good, too.
Thanks Scott!

Not at the current time, but we’ll take a look and see if there is anything we can do.

+1. This is a serious bug. The default price shown is ~$6 higher than it should be, which must be a big turn-off to potential customers. I hope Zazzle can reset the settings so all existing listings return to default of "Standard Semi-Gloss" (or at least make a bulk edit way for us to fix the glitch if we have to do it manually ourselves).

If it's a bug I'm all for it. My sales have been going just as strong as before the price difference... except now I'm making more $. I remember seeing that Z said customers were asking for these features and the customers seem to be responding at least at this time.

I have been attempting to change some of my cards back to the 'standard matte' paper (under 'product merchandising') from the new default of 'Signature UV matte' - and most do not want to 'stick'. After I edit to make the change, then save the change, no change has been made - it just defaults back to 'Signature UV matte'.

Bug?

Can you provide us with the product link you're trying to change?

I had same experience. Have not gone back to them to see if they finally changed after several days.

I'm glad the price difference is working for you. But I make a point of posting products at a price/style that works best for me. So when an entire product line is changed to a different style it means I have to spend weeks changing it back.

It shouldn't change at all. This should be an apples for apples transfer.

I you change it and check right away, it will look like no change has been made. It does however update the product as soon as it is updated in the marketplace. Mine took just a few hours and the paper type was changed.

I'm not able to copy and paste elements from another product design to the new business cards. This was a real time saving tool - will the function be restored?

Thank you

Hi Legend Graphic. I wasn't having this issue and was able to copy one element over to the new business cards. Which products were you working off of? Can you please list out what steps you took to do this?

Is the dark beige background we see now a bug or intentional?
In case of the latter, I would really (really really) like you to reconsider this decision as it looks very unprofessional and it shows on the image previews as well.

It's intentional. You can read my response here: https://forum.zazzle.com/feedback/business_card_refresh_questions_feedback

Thanks Christine.
I missed that but now read others said the same thing as I did... it looks unprofessional and it shows on the design, making off white cards look very dull and unflattening.

I'm having that same problem with all products. My work-around is to open the first product, select/copy, then open the second or refresh the second, and then paste works. If things get really hung up, I go back to Saved Designs and re-open, then paste works.

+1

Unflattering to beige/tan cards too.
