Oh dear you're not giving me much confidence to carry on! Maybe some kind of indemnity insurance would be a good idea?

I'm setting up an affiliate site in the uk and am wondering about putting some kind of disclaimer on it somewhere to say that I cannot be held responsible for Zazzle's products or services to cover myself in case any complaints come my way. Sounds a bit negative I know, but you can't be too careful! Also, I believe it should be made clear that I will be making a commission on any sales resulting from visitors' purchases. Is this correct? Thanks Smile

Oh thanks for that Colorwash. I guess the only way to get round it is to click on each product I have on my site and make sure the product is available on the co.uk site. It's disappointing that I am restricted to promoting only to the UK market and missing the chance to earn from worldwide sales. Unless I'm missing something here (?)
