Ok instead of Zazzle of just shipping out my order I get this email.

Why can't I just get my order shipped out?

I have done that and I posted the emails from customer support here. I posted here because I was frustrated with dealing with customer support all week and couldn't get answers and couldn't resolve the problem and I also wanted to let others know about Zazzle's bad customer support. Like most companies in the USA Zazzle has bad customer services as you can read from the emails Zazzle sent me. Also like most companies Zazzle only tries to correct problems after its to late and then the same problem will happen again in a future date.

I'm going to sound mean.....BUT those links DO NOT go to your orders. If they did all sorts of your private information would be visible to anyone looking. Zazzle is not going to let anyone reading the forum access to that so they are taken to the equivalent in their own store. Be thankful.


You don't sound mean and I am thankful that no one else can see them. I knew when I posted them only Zazzle employees could access the links. That was the whole point to get any Zazzle employees here to see and help me.

Update everyone:

I received a new email from Zazzle.

"Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, due to a delay with the production of this order, we will be unable to deliver this order by the proposed date of Monday 16th of April.

I can offer the following options for this order:

1) Send a request to have this sent as soon as possible, we would hope to have the order sent on Monday (delivery will take 2-3 business days after this point). I can also offer to refund the shipping costs as a Zazzle store credit or as a refund to your payment method.

2) Cancel the whole order and process a refund in the form of a Zazzle store credit or as a refund to your payment method.

Please reply at your earliest convenience with the option that suits you best.

I replied with option 1. To have my ring shipped out Monday and have the shipping refunded. Lets see what happens. I will keep everyone here updated.

Thank you all for taking the time to read the post on this topic. Also hopefully if and when it does get shipped out it will be the right order without any problems and it will look exactly the way I designed it!

Also the fact that I hade to go through all this with Zazzle is a sign the company has bad costumer service.

So Far Zazzle took my money and told me my order was approved and will be made. Then I made 2 other orders since and they were approved and made and shipped out. The first order wasn't never shipped out and when I emailed customer support I was told the first order was shipped out but that was for the second order. The first order is due "Estimated Delivery: Fri, Apr 13 to Mon, Apr 16" and will not arrive on time because it was never shipped out.

After I ask why the second order was shipped out but not the first order I was told:

Zazzle told me the second order Second order: Order ID
131-71829775-1962690 being shipped out counts as the first order: Order ID
131-78555041-4673634 being shipped out. I emailed Zazzle and the company has not responded back. So I decided to post the problem here with the hope that an employee here could help me and to let others know how bad customer service at the Zazzle is!
