Thanks Kevin! I think it was just confusing in the moment since I was editing from an older product and the envelopes were toggled off. All clear now. :-)

Apologies if this is a duplicate, I couldn't find any posts about this in the most recent couple of pages. I was going through and trying to create a new color variation of one of my wedding collections, and found that a few of the products were missing the "Sell it" button. They were an RSVP card, folded thank you card, and a Save the Date:

I was really confused until I realized they all had the option to add white envelopes for an extra $.15. When I toggled the white envelopes on, the "Sell it" button appeared. Is this a bug or a feature? Are we only supposed to add these products for sale with envelopes automatically included?

I'll post them for sale now with the envelope option toggled on, but just wanted to let you know this is happening if you aren't aware!

Everyone has already made lots of helpful comments, but I just wanted to add that I LOVE the new design tool!!! Love Love Love Love Love It slowed me down a bit when I first encountered it yesterday (doing last-minute holiday contest entries), but not by much - which shows how intuitive and responsive the tool was for me.

I too missed the change image feature, but it wasn't that hard to get around it. Overall I think it's a huge improvement! Roses

It's something I pointed out in the Feedback section quite a while ago. I guess it was never noticed.

Your remark about using 'h' instead of 'l' seems a habit at Zazzle. I found this error being made even when the maker has it stated correctly on their own web site. Flat surfaces are measured in width and height, three-dimensional objects use height, width, and depth. Fabric is in width and length, and probably a few other things not immediately coming to mind.

Interesting that it's been going on for a while, maybe it doesn't have a huge impact on sales so it's not high on the priority list. But I thought it would be such a small easy thing to fix that it was worth bringing up! And there's at least one confused customer out there with no idea which one to buy, lol.

I agree the l and w thing should eventually be fixed as well, it's not very intuitive. I'm not sure something like address labels even needs specifying which dimension is width vs height, since it should be pretty clear from the picture. (3d objects and fabric I could see it being very useful though).

The description states 2"l x 3.75"w for both Address labels and Shipping labels. Return address label size is correct when selected (.75"l x 2.25"w when selected). Address label size should be 1.5"l x 2.375"w I believe. And shouldn't it be h instead of l (1.5 inches high rather than 1.5 inches long)?

Product I'm looking at: https://www.zazzle.com/tropical_pineapple_gold_address_labels-106186872512747051

Found out because a customer emailed me wanting to know the difference in size!
