Topic: Zazzle is deleting 95% of my products, my dream is dead, please read

I have read this and reached out to John. We did talk by telephone and discussed various things about heraldry. I too have a store on Zazzle that deals in Coats-Of-Arms so I know the years of research that goes into this field. The big difference is when I got this notice I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade my artwork which wasn't the best in the beginning and to get rid of items that have not sold. I have patiently gone through all of my uploads, cleaned them up, and made them visible again. I now do this on an ongoing basis and also add new Coats. Since there are well over a hundred thousand Coats so I will be long gone before I could possibly put them all up. But I keep plugging away because I love the challenge. Good luck John and I hope you figure out a way to monetize this in a big way. Something that I have never been able to do in twenty-seven years.

On again off again. This seems to be a constant problem here late. Once again my graphics are not showing up on the products I have put them on in my store. The last time I complained the next day everything showed up in my store and for a couple of weeks no problems. Wondering why this is happening because for the many years I have been with Zazzle there have been no problems now all of a sudden it seems like a persistent thing. I do hope it is fixed soon.

Happy Seems like everything is now cleared up. Zazzle is posting my items within a couple of hours. Kudos to the engineering staff. Thanks, guys & girls.

So here it is April 11th and still not fixed. After emailing the tech team on April 4th after discovering that my items were not being posted I got this message on the 10th "There has been some issues indexing product to get them to show in the public store front. Our engineers are currently dedicated to fixing the issue." I've stopped posting new graphics because I'm concerned that I will have to do them over and it's such a waste of time. Also, this is hurting my sales. Right now I'm waiting for Zazzle to post the following: bost, bostic, boston, bott, botts, bounch, bouchard, boucher, boudreau, boudreaux, bourbon, bourgeois, bourque, and bowie.

Must add that I've been selling on Zazzle for many years and never had a problem that lasted this long. Anybody else have concerns of what's going on?
