Topic: New ZSB case store

Thanks Paul,

I totally didn't think of setting up categories in your zstore for each of the 3g, 4 and iPad varieties, and then on your external website, simply calling a category to select just a particular type of case!

To answer your question, you do not need to use multiple instances of the zsb files to pull product from different categories onto your external website.

All you need to do is call the following line of code before you 'include' the zstore.p.h.p file:

$_GET['productLineId'] = 'your category ID number here';

Hope I wasn't stating the obvious Smile

As for the location based stuff, thanks for the thread link guys, it is just what I need.

cheers

Hi Paul..

Thats some nice work. Clean presentation and simple organisation into the ipad, iphone 3g and iphone4 varieties; great job Smile)

Question: How have you managed to separate the cases into ipad, iphone3g and iphone4 groupings. Are there separate merch codes for each (i believe there is only 176 for all speck cases), or have you applied tags to differentiate them or?...

Would love to know, if you don't mind sharing..

thanks, damian

Hi guys..

Great thread.. I would like the zoom feature, but not at an expensive bandwidth or time cost..

In my implementation of the zsb, I have noticed that the function: split is deprecated in p_hp 5.3. To avoid pesky deprecation notices in your local dev environments and to improve compatibility with future versions of p_hp, I recommend the changes listed below..

Replace all instances of split with preg_split, which per the p_hp docs is often faster. That said, zsb's use of split is trivial and I expect any time gains would be unnoticeable.. Here's what to change:

line 215, change
$gridPages = split( ',' , $_GET['gridPage'] );
to
$gridPages = preg_split( '(,)' , $_GET['gridPage'] );

line 221, change
$gridNumberParts = split( '_', $gridPage );
to
$gridNumberParts = preg_split( '(_)', $gridPage );

line 243, change
$gridSort = split(',', $_GET['gridSort'] );
to
$gridSort = preg_split('(,)', $_GET['gridSort'] );

line 248, change
$gridSortValueParts = split('_', $gridSortVal );
to
$gridSortValueParts = preg_split('(_)', $gridSortVal );

line 302, change
$gridNumberParts = split( '_', $pg );
to
$gridNumberParts = preg_split( '(_)', $pg );

line 311, change
$gridSortNumberParts = split( '_', $sort );
to
$gridSortNumberParts = preg_split( '(_)', $sort );

line 347, change
$gridSortNumberParts = split( '_', $sort );
to
$gridSortNumberParts = preg_split( '(_)', $sort );

Happy Zazzling Smile)

Solved!!

Needed to enable curl by:

uncomment in p_hp.ini file:

change
;extension.p_hp_curl.dll

to
extension.p_hp_curl.dll

Right click the system tray easyP_hp icon > configuration > p_hp extension > check p_hp_curl > apply > restart servers

Glad that's over Grin

Thank you apitude..

I am still at a loss with this curl fatal error.

I tracked down the only curl reference in both the development and production php.ini files. They were both:

;extension=php_curl.dll

I changed both to:

extension=php_curl.dll

Still the error persists... grrrrrrr
