I've uploaded a SVG image successfully but would now like to crop it.

I'm having trouble finding the cropping tool - has it been disabled for SVGs?

I was going to place an order for shirts (actually tank tops) but the color and style choice on Zazzle was so limited that I had to go to a competitor. I Really wanted to order them from Zazzle but . . . .

I too am curious when the colors and style selection will be back. Hopefully soon :-)

Seems like the contact designer process isn't working again. I tried using my and my husband's accounts (email and zazzle) and only the original Contact this designer inquiry came through. When I tried to respond to the inquiry, he did not receive my response email.

Granted it's only been 4 hours but seems like it should go through faster than that.

I have also gotten 3 customer inquiries within the last couple days. I responded to their original email but have heard nothing back from them. I'm guessing they never got my response.

Sorry if this is still a known bug but I saw Scot's "Fixed" post above - still seems a bit glitchy.

I just tried it myself and it seems to be working fine. Received messages and replies within minutes.

Perhaps messages may have ended up in spam by mistake?


Kevin -thanks for the response. I checked spam and the emails were nowhere to be found. I played around a bit more and it seems like I might be having problems sending the Zazzle "coded" emails from my g mail account - or it might be a browser thing with Safari. Will experiment more using Chrome. Thanks for the reply though.
