I also try to eat as little processed food as possible for health reasons. I have Hashimoto's disease, and then as of 2013, had encephalitis - essentially my overactive antibodies just keep attacking various parts of my body and they attacked the brain. Still dealing with residual effects and will be for a few more years. It gets much worse (migraines, exhaustion, insomnia, dizziness, blurry vision, tremors, etc.) when I don't get enough rest and when I eat caffeine, alcohol, and too much sugar, salt and chemicals.

I seem to do much better basically eating fresh meat, veggies and fruits. I tried the Paleo diet (well, the Autoimmune Protocol part of it) and it was very difficult to stick to (time consuming for someone who works full time not in my home, expensive, hard to figure out what to have a lot of times) so now I kind of do my best to just have the fresh, whole foods that are not processed and don't have all the added chemicals. Trying to keep the whole body inflammation down.

If anyone is interested in reading about it, the best blog I've found is the Paleo Mom. It's at thepaleomom dot com Has recipes, too.

Topic: Lamps out of stock?

I haven't checked all my lamp designs, but I notice that the ones I have clicked on their product page come up as out of stock. Well, whatever that standard banner is that says that a product is not available.

Do we keep designing lamps or hold off if this is a product that is going off the market?

Can we get some answers from Zazzle on the platter, please? Has the off-center issue been fixed? And can you please explain the different sized red dotted lines in the art view (there are 3 of them - are there 3 different size platters? if not, what are the 3 different lines for?).

Thank you!

jasmine, I'm with you. Due to health issues and not wanting to compound them, I'm trying to eat as little processed food as possible. Pretty much just meats, veggies, fruits (that I cook and prepare without processed sauces, etc.). I'd much rather eat 'regular' food, but I pay for it health-wise.

Thanks, Shel Gatto! I had not seen that before, but will find it and do so.
