Topic: Getting Started With Pinterest

Great blog! Some really good ideas that I didn't know about. I just started with Pinterest about a month ago and already have over 60 followers. I agree that mixing in my own Zazzle products with other relevant pictures is a good way to gain followers.

I agree that keeping the boards more specific is helpful. One thing that I also did was to create some related boards for specific areas that would interest some of the same people, even though I don't have any products for those boards. For example, my pins are all musical (, and I have my products of music humor on several boards. But I also have several boards that are music related that have none of my products. For example: "Street Music", which shows street musicians around the world, and "Vintage Music Art", which has pictures of vintage paintings, sculptures, etc., most of which are 100 or more years old. A number of people began following these boards without my products, then eventually began following all my boards and re-pinning some of my products. I could have lumped everything together, but then I think my products would get lost, and the people who are only interested in following the humor boards would be turned off.

Thanks again for the great blog!

When I put my designs on the cases originally, I spent a lot of time making sure they fit, were centered, and looked good. It seems that over half of the designs that are being moved to the new cases do not fit on the new cases. The designs run off the edges, or run into the camera lenses or other features. I tried adjusting the designs so they fit, but couldn't find any way to save the changes. I think I will have to delete a lot of the cases (thousands of them, I think), and re-create them. Is anyone else having this issue, and has anyone found a way to fix this?

Here are a few of my designs:

"Life's too short for bad coffee!"

"Foggy early with widely scattered brain. Clearing later with liberal doses of coffee."

Hope you can use them!

I'm not totally technologically challenged, but I do have my kids program my cell phone when they are home.

Hi Feeby,

Thanks for the information! I was starting my first blog and tried to link one of my products in the body of the text, but it just showed up as html text. I saw your instructions: "Use the share button on Zazzle, then instead of saving the code, click the more and select Tumblr- then select photo. This will make it so your pics actually show in the dashboard instead of as click to sees," but I got stuck at "click the more." I haven't seen anything to click on and no place to select Tumblr. Am I missing something? Sure appreciate the help.
