I am 100% behind ZingerBug on this. I work outside of the home. Not available 24/7. I have a cell phone but it is not a Smart phone in the sense that it will allow me to download an APP.

What I would like is to see a way that the customer can email me so it does not get rerouted to Zazzle Help and that I will never see an email from a customer that wants a custom product designed by me. It use to be more simple.

I am not for the Chat. I do not like video chats either.

Think a Zazzle admin needs to explain this more to us. Does seem to read the way that we would be giving away our royalty and allowing a 3rd party all rights.
