I found that the artwork looks quite different on varies American Apparel Raglan Sweatshirt previews. Which view should I base my designs on?

Topic: Ring Binder error: Please verify that this object extends to the solid red line in the preview
SSHappyStore Posted: Thursday, April 19, 2018 8:56:25 AM

I run into this issue when trying to design a new ring binder for sale.

Please see screenshots here:

1. How does one "verify" that the object is indeed supposed to extends to the solid red line? There is no option to click "OK, I verify that this is correct", and the "Sell It" button is greyed out.

2. What does it matter if an object extends to that line, since it would just be cut off?

Thanks in advance.
Topic: Lumbar Pillow colors are faded on the front but solid on the back

Hi Zazzle,

Actually I've noticed this problem with other pillows as well since at least a few years back but I've been too lazy to report it, here is an example:

Which version best matches the actual printed result? And will you guys be fixing this?

Thanks in advance! Grin
Topic: Design Transfer doesn't transfer text positions properly
SSHappyStore Posted: Monday, March 26, 2018 7:27:56 AM
Hello Zazzle! First of all I am very, very glad that you have implemented this tool, this is such a time saver! Thank you so much! Love Love Love

I did notice a bug when trying to transfer some of my own designs to newer products: if the design consists of more than one line of text, then the text don't end up in their original positions after being transferred. For example, the bottom line of text would end up too close to, or even overlap, the top line of text, etc.

Is this a known bug? I hope this gets fixed soon. Thank you again!

Thanks for the replies, so how do other designers fix their HTML descriptions? Or see which products haven't been updated in a long time, but for real? Laughing

Thank you in advance for any tips!
