Topic: Over Exposed / Too Bright Preview for Banner Products Issue

Hi, do you think that this bug might be addressed sometime soon? Just wondering as I had more banner designs in mind, but don't want to post with the preview over brightened... Smile

Thanks,

Raphi

Topic: Over Exposed / Too Bright Preview for Banner Products Issue

I saw this issue in regards to paper type products, but it seems to also be affecting Banners as well.

For example, graphic elements placed on this banner I recently uploaded appear way over exposed / bright and washed out, when seen from the Preview mode.

The colors appear correctly if you view the banner in the Design Tool however...

Can this issue be addressed soon as well?

This would be a huge improvement, and definitely on my wish list too!
Topic: Alignment Issue on Foil Cards (Design View + Preview not matching)
Raphaela_Wilson Posted: Wednesday, March 13, 2019 8:45:14 AM
I would like to design up some foil cards that incorporate a border, but there appears to be an alignment issue for this product type from what is displayed in the Design Tool View, and what is outputted to the Preview... (please see screenshot).

If a border shape (or essentially any graphic element) is placed accordingly within the boundary box from inside the design tool, the preview does not reflect the proper placement... This may not be readily apparent with some designs, but with designs that have a border where you would expect the lines to be the same distance from the edge of the paper, it's quite obvious and looks sloppy or like a mistake.

If the Alignment buttons are used to center the example border shape, it looks incorrect in the design tool view, but makes it look correct in the preview...

Can the tech team address this issue as soon as possible? I don't think designers should have to misplace graphic elements on the design tool view grid to make them appear correctly in preview (which is so important for a sale).

Please let us know, thanks!
