-- was locked so fast that I didn't have the chance to ask a followup question, which was, if we create a jumbo mug, would it be considered creating a duplicate if we also create one of the standard mugs with the same design, thus giving customers the ability to choose amongst the variety of other mugs? If it's so considered, I'll delete the jumbo I just made and redo it on the standard.
Not that I am aware of. I do it anytime I design on mugs and haven't been in trouble yet. Even moreso, with the Jumbo|Espresso|Bone China mugs, I design on all 3 and set the style restriction on the Post For Sale page and have yet to get in trouble. All the mugs have restriction options available, if I recall correctly, so there should be no worries even setting restrictions from standard to stein, and so on and so forth.
On May 27th, I told my daughter, for doing so well in school and earning a promotion into 7th grade, that she could order anything she wanted from any of my stores. She chose a pair of Keds Pro Hi from Designs By Gina©. The shoes arrived today and they are, if I do say so myself, gorgeous!! I ordered her the smallest size available which, according to the conversion chart (found by clicking the Size Chart button - for those that don't know), is her size in womens and they fit perfectly! My daughter, and I, are both pleased with the Keds in every possible way! My other daughter took pics of the shoes after Amy put them on and will be uploading them later. I will post the pics here once she does. Until then, the Zazzle image link will have to do! lol
BTW - I have sold many a pair of Keds since they were introduced here but this is the first pair I have bought. I now have to order another two pair (different from these) for my other daughters!
I have to say that the Keds are well worth the time, and money, spent!!

I wasn't on email log in, I wonder if that had anything to do with not being able to log in on the other profile?
I just did the merge so I changed to email log in, I'll go test and see.
UPDATE: I logged out to member profile and cannot access Proseller. Hmmm... wonder why it's different.
I only just converted to email login, so it wasn't that. Not sure what the deal is but some of us can/could see PS forum while on Member Account and others, like you, can't/couldn't.
(off topic - noticed my "n" in "not" is not appearing capitalized in the post even though it is showing as such in EDIT mode) lol

You would get the "invalid password" message and given the chance to re-enter it. I had at least one shop with a different password (guess I was asleep when I first opened that shop lol).
Hi, I got a note from someone who ordered some cards and forgot to personalize them. Is there a way a customer can fix their order themselves? or do they need to contact customer service? I gave them the customer service phone number but I was wondering if anyone knew of another way. I worry about these things.
As long as the order hasn't been processed, customer can go to their order history page (link is in email they would have received) and cancel from there.
