Did you delete any products yesterday, December 1st?
Did you delete any products the previous day, November 30th?

I may have....but not that many. It is more like redoing a product.

Today I deleted a wedding invite after I re-did it.

I noticed the loss of products when I did hiding of all products and making the store private...and then undoing it all.

The products I manually deleted were done one at a time. Guessing...under 10.
Definitely not pages and pages. I had 157 pages...now I have 146 or so.

May I please have an update concerning the fate of about 11 pages of 24 products which are no longer in my store?
We are talking about a lot of work here.

UPDATE: I have been adding new products since I initiated this post.

Well I have had their final answer in an email, they insist this is expected behavior and that my products were private and that is that.

it is a dead horse.

I just received an email that ornament #1 is on the way. I clicked the link and it said

"Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for."

I clicked the 2nd order where I did get credit and once again...
" Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for."

For some reason...this ornament doesn't exist and no ...it was never hidden.
It is in my back end and set to public.... where it belongs.

Even though I bought two of them...It says "0" sales for this item...and 15 views. I did get a ref payment when I tried the link experiment in the 2nd purchase.

I took note of how my royalties & referrals logged as I bought items from myself during cyber week:

If I purchased a public item as-is or personalized, I paid market price, received the royalty, and the "number sold" ticker went up immediately.

If I entered the customize editor *at all*, to add something or just wiggle the photo template placement, I paid base price, received no royalty, and no "number sold" increment.

I received referrals on all items, but the ones that were customized say "not available" rather than an item description.

I bought the same item twice.
I did personalize the name for each.
The first purchase was not reflected anywhere on the back end...as if it never happened.
The second purchase started with my clicking a ref link in my email ...also on a "fresh" device. This purchase was reflected on the back end.

Glad you were expecting it.

It was definitely not what I was expecting though. Is there any official documentation about the way these things work and how we can get things to work in our favor instead of against us?

that would be very helpful and also if it was up to date.

Thanks

Likewise. My products definitely were not private at all.
I purchased them while public.
You can see how many views I had...and I know they are not all mine.
