Zazzle Affiliate Helper 4 pages: [1] 2 3 4
Posted: Monday, November 12, 2012 9:10:11 AM
I always think there should be a tool out there which can help us get the product promotion codes easier and quicker, seems I could not find one around us, so I decide to make one myself, here bring you the "Zazzle Affiliate Helper".

With this tool now you can:
- Search the popular products in the marketplace(or a specific store) easily.
- Make your handpicked collection by simply select the checkboxes.
- Get the html promotion codes of a bunch of products at once.

You can then paste the codes into your blog post or squidoo lens, something looks like this demo site.

Ok, time to bed, hope you will enjoy my new tool.

Beck (pencilplus)

PS:This tool is based on Zstore, so it has a pagination problem, hope Z will fix it soon.

Really cool tool. And really works nicely as well. I just tried it in a text module on Squidoo.com and it seemed to work well there (although Squidoo altered the code a bit so it has things like <p></p> at the beginning of the code...but it still works despite the weird things Squidoo sometimes does to code).

Hope you don't mind my mentioning a few suggestions.

I think it would be nice if the text part were links as well. Even with doing that this could be a bit of a time saver. More important to me than that would be that the text be centered. But I think both of those are things that I can quickly add myself, seeing as having all that other stuff done is such a time saver.

When you use this, make sure you click on the Advanced Settings to add your referral ID (I personally think I would have that visible at all times rather than hidden) or you won't get a referral. Smile

Thank you so much for making this. Even if you don't make any changes I think it is awesome. Smile

I did my first posting using this tool.
The ability to select specific items from a search result is fantastic.

I had to do quite a bit of tweaking to get the results to show on my page well (I ended up copy/pasting into a table).
Here is my post on "Holiday Yard Decorations"

I also found that if you have more than one page of "hits" you can only retrieve the codes for items selected on the same page. So one page selection, then the second page selections, then the third page, etc. (i.e. it only codes for the page you are on when you click on the get code button.

@Mind Design Grafx and Hilly,
Thanks for your comments.

@bkmuir,
Yes, you are correct, I'll consider that function in my later revision.

(-_-)? This post was moved from tools forum to here?

Fixed the pagination problem and add some new functions today.
Now you can:
1) Search your product lines(category) under your zazzle store.
2) Change your image size to fit your post & layout.

If you like this tool, please consider promoting some designs in my zazzle stores Smile

That looks very nifty indeed. It will come in handy on some of my older blogs I want to revive that don't have the sztore plugin.

Thank you very much for sharing.

Nice work! I am a bit confused about the product line numbers in the advanced search. I thought zazzle changed to using words instead of numbers for the product type. Either way where do i find what to enter there to show throw pillows for example?

Hi tjustleft,

"Product line" is your "category", said if you want to promote your graduation products(http://www.zazzle.com/tjustleft/gifts?cg=196089873416936274) , simply put 196089873416936274 in the "product line" field and you will get all 63 designs in your store.

If you want to search the pillow products in your store, try this:
keyword=pillow
zazzle store=tjustleft

I just tried the revised program.

Unfortunately I do not get any HTML script after my choices, whether on page 1 only, on multiple pages, or on a single page in the middle of the list.

???

I have been trying it out as well and I love the search functionality and that you can easily select a bunch of products. I've noticed that when you copy the code it seems to spread it over different "pages" so one has to navigate with the arrow (maybe I missed something?).

A small suggestion: Is it possible to have as an option to ignore the titles?

@bkmuir,
I just test Firefox and Chrome, everything looks good here, maybe you can try later.

@RossiCards,
Thanks for your suggestion, I'll consider it in my later revision.

Thanks Beck, this an incredibly helpful tool!

Is there any way to add a store code? &gl=whatever
and tracking code &tc=whatever

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to do this, I will happily put up a few pages of your designs on my referral site.

This is how it looks on my blog, love it! paulstickland.blogspot.co.uk
(I edited in the &gl and &tc parameters)

Do you have any adblockers installed? The same thing happened to me so I disabled adblock plus on the site and it worked after that. You may need to restart your browser after disabling any adblockers if you use them for it to take affect.

LOVE IT! Saves me so much time! Thank you so much for making this. I've been looking for something like this for a while. An option to exclude titles would be good too. Sometimes the titles don't "fit" properly.
