Zazzle Custom Postage Update

Hi Designers,

We want to make you aware of a recent update to the Zazzle marketplace that is currently underway.

We've had a long history as the preeminent destination for custom postage. Recently, we have had some back and forth with the USPS, and at this time, we are pausing sales of custom postage. Our teams have made extraordinary efforts to comply with the new guidelines issued by USPS, but we have decided it is best to cease production at this time until next steps can be determined. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes everyone.

As a company, we know the impact that custom postage has had over the years in making events and experiences richer - and we’re grateful it’s just one of many products that bring joy and love to many people’s lives. We thank you for all your work and contributions in making this program a success to date.

We understand that you may have questions; however, we cannot comment on this or answer any further questions at this time. If you need immediate answers about custom postage, please contact the Postal Service office responsible for the administration of this program, the Office of Brand Marketing or its successor organization.
