Hello!

You may notice later that our new product page share buttons contain a shortened URL. We know you may have questions regarding this change, so we recommend to check out our Q&A section below.

Q&A

Q. Why did we create the shortened URLs?
A. To give a cleaner look to the URLs when you share them on other platforms.

Q. Is my Associate ID included in the shortened URL?
A. If you are logged into your account, your Associate ID is included in the URL. If you are not logged into your account, your Associate will not be included in the shortened URL.

Q. How can I check if my Associate code is included?
A. To ensure that your Associate ID is included, you can check the “Link to This” tool where you will find a message that shows your Associate ID and confirms that it is embedded in the URL.

Q. How can I add a tracking code to the URL?
A. You can add a tracking code to the URL with the TC parameter, the same as with long URLs.

Thanks,
Christine

Hi everyone,

We have some great news! Due to popular demand, we have made your Associate ID visible in the Associate shortened URL links. This will help avoid any further confusion regarding whether or not your Associate ID is included in your referral link.

If you are logged into your account, you will see your Associate ID at the end of the shortened URL link. You can view the new and improved shortened URLs by logging into your account and using any of our share tools. Use the ‘Link to this’ tool to take a look at the shortened URLs in link, HTML, or BBCode form.

If you’d like to add a tracking code to your shortened URL, please use the TC parameter (e.g. &TC=TrackingCode). Learn more about tracking codes and the TC parameter here.
