Royalty Freeze 2021 ❄
Posted: Wednesday, October 27, 2021 10:23:50 AM
Hi Designers,

‘Tis the season to continue sprucing up your Zazzle store! Hopefully, all is going well with your Holiday efforts! As well as the importance of titles, tags and descriptions, one of the most straightforward tips for setting yourself up for a successful holiday season as a Zazzle Designer is making sure your products are set at a competitive price.

To help make sure that customers find your great custom designs this holiday, along with our massive marketing efforts early on in the season, we’ll be pausing any royalty rate changes after Friday, November 5th at 11:59 pm PST through the end of December. Lowering and maintaining the royalty rate for your products is a great way to provide your customers with an attractive price point and a great shopping experience.

We encourage you to take this time to continue reviewing your products’ royalty settings and make any final adjustments, such as lowering the royalty rate on some of your most popular designs to our recommended 5 – 10% for this holiday season’s peak shopping times.

Please ensure your products’ royalty rates are set to your satisfaction by Friday, November 5th at 11:59 pm PST. After this date, there will be a temporary pause on monthly royalty updates over the peak holiday season, with regular royalty updates resuming on the usual date in January 2022.

Top Tip for royalty rate requests:
Pushed for time? Don’t worry; you can batch change all your Royalty’s in your account settings here.

Here’s to a happy, safe, and prosperous holiday season!

The Z Team.
