Hello Designers,

We are really excited to announce a new update to your earnings history page. If you ever come across a canceled payout and you’re unsure why the payment was canceled, we now provide you with some general information on WHY it was canceled right in your account settings.

One of the most common reasons a payment is canceled is because the legal name and tax ID (SSN) do not match. You will see this information when you hover your cursor over the question mark (?) next to canceled. When you roll your cursor over the question mark next to the word ‘canceled,’ you’ll be given links to help you determine why your payment might have been cancelled.

We also want to make sure you know that all canceled payments are rolled over to the next payment cycle, that way you are not expecting two (or more) separate payments when really they are actually combined into one payout. You will find this info next to the amount listed below:

With these updates and changes, we hope to help minimize confusion with designers canceled payments. Please make sure you go over all your information and be sure that everything is filled out correctly in your Payment Settings. Once you do make the necessary changes and all is correct, you will get paid out in the next payment cycle (the 15th of every month). If you’re certain that all the information is correct in your settings, you may want to contact the IRS and check what they have on file for you.
