Community Forum Rules

Zazzle is an ecosystem powered by people including you, our amazing community of independent designers. This is one of the major facets that sets Zazzle apart from the rest!

As a community powered by people, we know how essential it is to have an active space for engagement, dialogue and connection. We know that space can be filled with so much - from idea sharing to robust discussion. We encourage you to explore this active space and feel empowered to connect with others who also leverage Zazzle as a home for creative expression.

We realize that not everyone may treat this active space the same. While we invite creativity and highly value collaboration, we want all to feel safe and heard within a productive environment. We know that certain dialogue, actions and behaviors can detract from this.

Below, we have highlighted rules intended to govern our forums, which will be actively moderated by and enforced by our administrators. These rules apply to all who choose to use our forums.

Rules

Rule 1.
We have zero tolerance for hate. Zazzle is a community of the heart, and we place great importance on everyone feeling they have a safe place within our platform to be their true authentic selves. Examples of hate that will not be tolerated can include but are not limited to discrimination, trolling, intimidation, harassment, the promotion or threat of violence, derogatory language and bullying of others.

Rule 2.
One you, one account. Only one account per person is permitted within the community. We value who you are so please don’t pretend to be someone you’re not, or intentionally give misleading or false information.

Rule 3.
Protect the privacy of others. Do not post others’ personal information, such as phone numbers, private email addresses, physical addresses, personal social media accounts, credit card numbers, SSN numbers or passwords. Your use of the community forum is subject to Zazzle’s Privacy Statement

Rule 4.
Keep it clean. No violent content, nudity or sexually explicit material are permitted within the community.

Rule 5.
Do not spam. Posted content should be related to sharing knowledge about Zazzle and its products.

Rule 6.
Do not post content that you do not have the right to publish or that doesn’t abide by the copyright rules of Zazzle.

These rules are important to us, and therefore, we hope they are equally important to you. Our business is to support our ecosystem, including our independent designer community, and we believe these rules help us do that together in partnership.

If these rules are violated, Zazzle may take whatever action Zazzle determines is most appropriate, including, but not limited to:
- Removing offending content
- Written warning
- Account suspension
- Account termination

We commit to doing our best in enforcing these rules consistently and fairly, and ultimately, we will try to do what we think is best in each situation. To report inappropriate behavior or content, you can always reach out to us at team.designer@zazzle.com
