Please someone tell me why one day my "products" are available and the next day they are gone. This has happened twice this week. Thank you! Tere

·▽· You should check your email account for a notification. Unless it is a glitch it most likely is because of a trademark conflict or another intellectual rights violation. Without more information there is no definite answer to your question.

It must be a glitch. There is nothing in my emails. All my designs are my own originals. If they question this why ask you to check the box stating that you own the designs?
The only other thing I saw in this forum, that you need to have 9 items in your store before they show up in 'products' If they are counting different products with the same design as "1" then that might be the problem? The products show up when I add each, then the next day they are all gone.

Disappear from where? The public side or the backend where you work? Are you logged in or logged out? Are you waiting 24 hours for them to be indexed to show up on the public side?

Disappearing products is nothing new, it's been happening off and on for years

I am logged in. "Products" under pull down from my logo in my marketplace. But they are in my store. Some items are over a week old. They were in Products and disappeared, all the designs, and then it happened again today and they are still not back. I have 15 items. 2 sets of 4 products are the same design, would that count as 1 design? Is that the problem? If so, why were they in my "Products" in the first place? Thanks! Tere

I see 30 products in your ArtbyTere store and none in your TereRose store. Assuming this is all correct, then by all rights, you should be seeing 30 products in the back end also. If not, there's definitely something wrong.

Thank you! I checked throughout the day and they are still are not up in the back end. They were there yesterday. When the site has a glitch or something is down how do they notify us? or do they? I'm patient. If my products don't show by the end of the week I'll email support.

No, we are not notified. We learn things by checking the Technical Forum. If our issue isn't there, we post it for Tech to see and for others possibly having same issue to see and reply to. Don't email support. Use the Tech forum.
