I am having a hard time putting in products into my store. Here is what I do step by step: 1. Click on my store 2. Click on products 3. Click on create new product on the right then it takes me to the create your own products page. 4. I click on let's say women's apparel and then it takes me to list of shirts to choose from and I click on a shirt I want to put my design on. Once I put my design on there, I click on save. After doing all that, I go back to my store but I don't see it anywhere. How come I don't see it?

Click "post for sale", not save...save just allows you to go back to it from saved designs to finish it later.

I am having the same problem. There is no post for sale. I can save to my saved designs but still cannot add it to my store.

Same problem here, I can start a new product, design it and then whereas in the past I had the option to buy it or post it for sale, I now only have the 'add to cart' option. the link to post it for sale that used to be under the 'add to cart' button is now GONE. What's up Zazzle, this is a new problem, I've been selling here for years and never had trouble posting items I created for sale in my stores. Please come up with a solution Zazzle.

If you aren't seeing the "Sell It" button, it means you've been duped by some designer's create-your-own product. There are only two places where you can grab a legitimate product template, one of them is by using the Create Your Own link at top left of your screen, and the other is to go to ZazzleBlanks. I wish, wish, wish that Zazzle would do something to clearly mark other designers' blank products because people, in particular the poor newbies, run into constant trouble with them.

Sometimes, it takes a while until the item appears in your store.

If you put any icons on your design (from the icon section in the design tool) you won't be able to sell it. That is the only reason I can think of that would cause one of the legit zazzleblanks to not have a Sell button. However, you can use the circle/square/line/triangle shapes.

I just tried this on a few products and the sell it button is there. Can people give examples of products this is an issue for, and what your adding to the design?

Why isn't there some notice (in an obvious place) that icons are not for commercial use and you won't be able to sell a product that you have added an icon to...
Not everyone reads the forums or even the designer news section.

When you add an icon to a product, once its a CYO, it greys out the sell it button and a notice does come up advising about the icons when you hover over the button.

I think the message should pop up without hovering as I don't think some are hovering... They just see that the button grayed out....And head here to question it!

I never hover over grayed-out things. I'll hover over mysterious, live buttons, but not the gray sort. I mean, what's the point? Whatever else it might be, it's road kill.

Here’s a link to one of the products I tried. https://www.zazzle.com/postcard-239645232493653180I found this product by following the link someone had posted above for Zazzle Blanks. I only added text, no icons. I only see buttons for “customize,” “done,” and “add to cart.”

Where does it show up when you see it? Near the “Add to cart” button?

Going through the link you posted, I have the Sell It button. Are you positive you didn't add a Zazzle Icon to the product while in the Design Tool? That is the only reason you wouldn't have the Sell It button on a legit blank product.

Another link to try: https://www.zazzle.com/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_postcard?media=matte&type=standard_postcardOnce there, do this: Click Edit Add any text you feel like (I added "text") Click "Done" You should now see just two buttons, one for Edit and the other for Sell It. (I was surprised there was no add-to-cart button, which is odd.) I'm using Firefox on a desktop computer. It's possible, though I don't know this, that using a smartphone may not be the best thing to do.

You can use the create from scratch between product and design description. I predominately use this link these days and it doesn't matter whether you click this link from your or any other product page. It is my most used route these days. There is also the icon issue. If you incorporate zazzle icons in your design the sell button goes puff. Occasionally the system mistakes your SVG files for zazzle icons, then mark your design copy the lot open a new product template and paste your design and reassign the background color if necessary. It doesn't happen often.
