Ha! Thanks for replying. Smile I started with a zRank of 4, did everything they asked including deleting over 200 products (most created thru QC, they should update the default templates to reflect their desire for non-duplicate items to avoid confusion Idea ). Still have a 4, guess it could be worse.

Finally reached Pro status, Yay! Apparently my notification and badge won't show up for a month or so.

Congrats on PRO Purple!

I was about to give up, as I only had 5 sales over 4 months. I know it's okay for a start, but with hardly any views either, it's hard to keep up the good spirit. Yesterday I sold a product again, and now I'm optimistic again. No PRO status within reach this year anyhow, LOL

Thanks much KreaturShop!! Truly does feel like an accomplishment. Probably would have made PRO much earlier on if not for my TBA pet bowl product being out-of-stock for so long, such an honor yet so many views with no sales based on availability. :'( Oh well, at least it wasn't dropped! I've learned much since then, including the fact that my TBA product isn't sized properly for the smaller bowls, only the larger...that said, there's no way I'd delete it!

Keep being optimistic, it only takes one awesome design! Idea The Christmas season is just around the corner... Best wishes to all Smile

I deleted some items in my store. They are still showing. Is this because my store has not updated on the zazzle server?

Most likely, yes.

Thanks for the encouraging post!

I just joined a couple of weeks ago and was super excited, with dozens of design ideas just waiting to come to life.

After an initial burst of posting anything an everything, I decided to hide my first store and move my favorite products over to two different stores. I wasn't expecting sales, but was hoping to gain direction on what ideas to pursue based on how many views my items received. My enthusiasm quickly took a dive when I noticed that it was taking 10 days or more for Zazzle to index my products and make them public.

I guess I'll keep designing, and maybe eventually the backlog will catch up and I can go back and work on designs that generate interest...

Wow! This is EXACTLY what I needed to read today. Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to put this here. Sincerely, I was about to give up and was feeling pretty low about my store but now, I'll press on. Thanks again.Love

Yiiiikes! I just clicked on the link to my store from this reply and it shows almost nothing AT ALL in my store. Can't think why. I suppose that's for an entirely different thread. Sigh!

But if anyone does want to look, then here is one that works.

Hi there guys!

It's been a while here in zazzle, but still haven't made a dime yet. Could anyone give me feedback about my store, I just want to know a honest opinion from another point of view.

Thank you!

I see where your store needs improvement.

Since this topic is pretty much for you all to read, get tips from and move along, you should start your own topic about needing help. Put it under "New to Zazzle" so others can see and give their thoughts.

I just happened to come into this thread out of boredom, and I don't think very many people post a lot of other helpful replies to specific sellers. With your own topic/question, people can reply directly to you.

These are cute designs so if you haven't made any sales at all it is probably because they aren't getting seen.

Two big things:

1)Your descriptions don't describe what is happening in the design. For example, in the one where a boy is sticking his toes in the water, the description should say that. Google will pick up on that.

2)The designs I clicked on don't have 10 tags. The zazzle search engine picks up the first 10 tags and google can find the others. If you put on 10 originally, that means the others got stripped because they are product names of products zazzle sells. You can use tags that are short phrases such as "boy swimming" or "thirsty boy". Just put quotes around them.

One thing you can do to find out what is being seen is go into the "back end" of your store and do a sort by Most Views>All. This lets you know what has been seen and what has not. Look at what gets views and what doesn't. Then see if you are tagging and describing the viewed things a little differently and do more of that.

Also "share" some of your collections on social media you use like facebook or twitter.

Thank you very much guys for your advice, I was starting to lose hope and I have been inacvtive for about 2-3 months.

I did share a lot of products in twitter and pinterest, but I only got just a few views and that's it.

Now I will review all my products, and write a good description for each one with some powerful tags.

Best regards, Eriglen!

This post is amazing, thanks so much for the encouragement. I started Zazzle out and when no one actually even made any views on any products, I feel sad, was all my effort just a waste? But now, I feel better and you sure did assure me not to give up. Laughing

Thank you again, and if you don't mind, please check out my store Love Love Love http://www.zazzle.com/pparns

Thank you for your great post ! I started a few years ago on Zazzle but didn't have time enough to do it right. After years now, I have more time and just started 6 few weeks ago to built a new store and make new products :-)

Sometimes I'm feeling sad because now one is even visiting my store (http://www.zazzle.com/natureimpressions )
But after reading your post I feel more hopeful and I will go on making products, I really like it.Smile

Thank you again,
Els

You have some nice photos.

You may want to offer template objects so people can easily change your sample text, and offer "save the date" items, instead of "safe the date" items.

Happy zazzling!

Amazon seller stole my Zazzle Designs the company is Called
"Aviento Blanco Group"...I created my design in 2012 on Zazzle i have all the proof.Zazzle is the only place i used to sell my designs on products.
I signed up to Zazzle being confident and felt safe that my designs would be secure. Im thinking (Is Zazzle selling our designs to these people?) My designs are selling well at Amazon through this seller. The only reason i came across it on Amazon was..because i did a google search on my own design..WHY? because as many of us that have a sellers Zazzle account can see..if we go to our Sales by Royalty,Product etc it shows the amount of Designs that are being sold on the products. One of my designs has sold way more than my others..SO i googled..again came across it in Amazon. Since us as sellers are the only ones that can see "behind the scenes in our account sales by designs etc." Only we could see which is/has become popular..Just a thought (How would the stealer know which of our designs is being a good seller at Zazzle?..than decide to steal it to use it in Amazon?) is it the Employees at Zazzle that know this or the CEO? Or by any chance an Amazon thief decided they liked my design and decided to make money off it..i contacted Zazzle months ago still no help..Crying I been with them since 2009..they could careless?

I am baffled. This help page https://www.zazzle.com/sell/designers/tutorials/makeproducts tells me to go to Make Products and select the product. I click on that link, then go to clothing, then select a T shirt. Then I don't see the Design Tool, only what looks like an option for a DIY t shirt, not a shirt to go on sale in my store...

You will see the design tool when you click on the blue Add Image button on the blank shirt page. Add your art and click Done. At that point you will see the Sell It button.
