Is there a Zazzle contact number for Australia?

Zazzle is based in the US so there is no Australian contact number.

Thank you. Though I highly recommend they get an Australian contact number even if it redirects over to the American one.Grin

I have been SOOOOOO frustrated trying to make contact as there is no Australian number - and no direct email. It has taken half an hour lo find this.... and even then, Im not sure it will get to you. . I have wanted to ask a question": why didn't ALL of my order arrive? The three mugs did and the poster- but pone of the postcards I ordered. I double checked all the boxing and they were not there. ORDER ID: 131- 75659464-4134596.

I'm really late with this, but: Zazzle uses different companies to make different things. If you go back and look at your order, you'll see it's grouped into different categories, from different suppliers.

Some products will arrive in a number of days (very fast to Australia), while others might take a few weeks. It's not that half your order was forgotten; it's that half your order was made by somebody else, and will take more time.

Also, your postage choices change things a lot. Depending on what I picked, and how much I paid, I've had Zazzle orders arrive in three days, and others arrive after six weeks.

WENT ON GOOGLE AND TYPED IN BUY 90CM WIDE WALL CLOCK ZAZZLE HAD 3 OUT OF THE 5 CLOCKS BELOW THIS HEADING
ORDERED A CLOCK AND WAS SENT A 27CM ONE HAVE TRIED FOR 6 DAYS TO CONTACT THEM AND INFORM THEM I WANT A FULL REFUND THEIR FEEDBACK AREAS ARE FLAWED AS THEY WONT LET YOU SEND IT EITHER ASKS FOR MORE DATA WHEN YOU PUT IT IN IT SAYS TOO MUCH DATA IT ASKS FOR IMAGES AND WHEN YOU ADD THEM IT ASKS FOR MORE TRIED THEIR PHONE CALLBACK METHOD AND IT SAID 2 MINUTES HAVE WAITED 3 DAYS FOR A CALL
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED OFF THE INTERNET AS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO DESIRE TO PROVIDE SIMPLE FEEDBACK METHODS
