Zazzle Black Membership

Does anyone know how to cancel a membership to Zazzle Black before they start charging me? I can't find it anywhere on their website or under my account information...

If you just did the trial, from what I remember, you don't need to do anything. They won't charge you until you "upgrade" to member. I did the trial and when the trial was over I just left things alone and wasn't charged. I didn't get charged anything until many weeks later when I finally decided that I did want to use Zazzle Black. Of course that is just my experience. You may want to contact support to be on the safe side. Or just check in your Zazzle Black settings (look on your Dashboard tab for link) to see what it says there.

You have to go to your Zazzle Black settings in your account and make sure it doesn't say auto renewal.
I also thought it was a trial and it would stop automaticly. But all of a sudden I got an email that I was enrolled and they charged the money for it from my credit card.
Because I live in Holland and so it's no use to me, I wrote them straight away, but they didn't want to change it.

I had the same experience. I thought that it was just a trial but then all of the sudden I got an e-mail that I had been charged. Luckily, I shop on here a lot and it actually is worth being a part of the program.

I had the same experience as Funcards and RossiCards.

Edit: Glad it did, though, because it has already paid for itself big time.

Hmm. I had the free trial for a month. I didn't get charged until I got an email asking if I wanted to continue to the paid service, which I agreed to.

Sign in to Zazzle. Go to My Account at the bottom of the page and click on that. My Account will now appear at the top. Click on that and My Account at a Glance will appear. Click on Account Settings and then Zazzle Black settings. Click on do not upgrade and this will cancel your account. It was not easy to find, for sure.

I signed up for the trial a few weeks ago and it's automatically set to "auto-renew." Luckily, with the help of this forum, I was able to disable the auto-renew prior to it charging me, as I was no longer interested in the service. Thank you to everyone here!

I have gone to my account then to the account settings, I see nothing about auto renew. Do this mean I won't be charged? I see no where to change anything on my settings but what I want to see. Like PG 13 or R rated items...

Absolutely. Visit the Zazzle Black program management page in My Account and click the "do not renew" check box. This will allow you to have Zazzle Black for the remainder of your annual membership but will not charge you for the next renewal cycle.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your Zazzle Black program membership, visit theZazzle Black program management page in My Account and click the "do not renew" button. Your membership will no longer auto-renew, but you will continue to enjoy benefits through the term of your membership. We do not offer refunds for cancelling the Zazzle Black program prior to the end of the current term.
