notice@amazon.com for "Zazzle Image Report" has been deactivated????

I just sent an email to notice@amazon.com with Zazzle's standard text for reporting copyright infringements a bit quicker and got this response:

Is this a bad joke? I forwarded this to jeff@amazon.com and will continue to send all Zazzle Image Reports to him directly.

It looks like they have update this process and you now have to fill in this form in order to submit a request. I would be inclined to follow this in order to get your inquiry dealt with correctly. Sending emails to that email you listed might have no effect whatsoever.

Hi James, I have filled out their form to get them to work.
jeff@amazon.com is the official email address of Jeff Bezos (at least they say) and it is also said that he skims through them and forwards important emails to his staff. In the past few weeks, I got a few replies from Amazon staff members who got such an email from Jeff and removed the infringements. Honestly, I do not care about him doing anything to help me - I want him to be ANNOYED about this whole process and the Chinese copycats. On some days, I had to send 20 Zazzle Image Report Emails to Amazon! I am annoyed as hell...
