Not getting credit for a sale when someone purchased from your store.

A friend of mine ordered some business cards from me. She's ordered twice from be before. The 2nd time she ordered, she just clicked on 'reorder' and I got credit for that sale. She did the same thing this time around and I didn't get credit from that sale. She's trying to find out what happened by contacting z. Is anyone else finding this an issue?

Another friend was contacted about a sale she never made. The customer insisted that it was from her store. She doesn't have that design or even that particular product in the store.

What is going on? Might be a big reason why some of our sales have gone down.
