Products not showing up in my store. 2 pages: [1] 2

Yesterday, I posted 5 items to the store and none of them showed up.

Two of them are shoe designs which are still waiting for approval, two iPad designs(1,2), and one poster.

Has anyone else got the same problem or is it just me?

p.s. If this was not the correct place to post, I apologize because I could not find a place on the forums to post website problems.

Relax, hundreds of my products have disappeared, and many are not showing up from yesterday, Zazzle is in a major process of changing the system, so please everyone relax that probably take up to 24 hours.

This is happening to me also since yesterday

same exact thing...

I was amazed that not many people posted about it in the forum...

I contacted Zazzle by email...Hopefully will be fixed soon...

I'm having "past" products pictures not showing up on my store pages right now. I'm hoping it will clear up soon.

I got the same problem. My templates that are already on my product pages are all over the place and half of them only show the Zazzle icon. My main page is just fine, it's just when you click on the product categories that it does it. Buyers would really be put off by this. They wouldn't even be able to see what is offered. I hope this gets straightened out soon.

Mine isn't so much products but when I upload designs to use in my projects only one shows up under my images. Also in my actual on line store when you click categories and then the sub categories it says no products found, they are under the categories just not the sub categorizes. It's been like this for three days now. My account page shows them filed under the correct sub categories so it's not that.

Anyone else having this problem?

I've noticed something similar. Yesterday I created some new categories, moved products into the categories but, they are not there when viewed in the store. In my product manager page, they are all listed under the correct category. Wondering if it was due to high volume of traffic yesterday with the 75% off sale?

Mine have been like that for the last three days. When you have huge inventory of items that need to be sub categorized it would be very difficult to find what you're looking for. That's what concerns me.

I would think the posting to the different categories would be an automatic thing because they are showing up under the category, just not the sub. I wouldn't think that it would have any thing to do with the big 75% off sale.

Would think this would be fixed by now. So apparantly its not a temporary bug but something that still needs to be fixed. Hundreds of items arent showing up for me after 3 days of waiting.
They show up in my offsite shops and thru links but nothing in my store and nothing will come up in marketplace searches, not even for the actual store name or primary tag, just says nothing found.

From what I witnessed from my store, products are taking at least 1 day to appear, and keep on disappearing and showing again for at least another couple of days after that. So, I would say that is better to count with 3 to 4 days for products being in the store to "stay"...

yes i got similar problems - sometimes products appear then vanish...
also i cant really customize my store... i try to change background color,or the sort order... nothing happens. i choose black- but my store page shows white and so on.

it is really frustrating since this is the only time in the year i got some time to work on my shops. not being able to see simple changes right away makes the whole work tiring and frustrating. hope this gets more stable soon.

I'm having similar problems. It's been three days and counting for one of my store's products to show up and over five days in my other shop. Products don't show up at all in featured products for days on end. It's very frustrating to spend so much time working on products and not to see them in my shop for days on end.

My recent products keep appearing and disappearing too. Currently everything shows up when I'm not logged in, but when I am it goes back to Saturday's batch. And the "My latest creations" list doesn't match the "All products" list half the time.

I tried promoting two new sections of my store today because the images were finally there after 2 1/2 days.
Minutes after I linked to them and spread the word, all of the products disappeared and have yet to come back.
Truly kills my sales and my spirit.

My newest products keep appearing and disappearing too. I just noticed that when I'm not logged in I can see my newest products at the front of the store, and then when I logged in it just disappear.

From This Series OF Post, I See This Has Been Going On Since August, I've Only Noticed It Recently As I Been Created A Whole New Product Line For The Holiday Season.

I Suggest That Every Keep Emailing Zazzle Support To Let Them Know This Is A Problem Of Major Concern.

Me too. I'm new to Zazzle so at first I thought I hadn't set up my store or items right.

This is disappointing. They deny that the problem exists here? No "we are aware and working to correct it" type of reassurance?

I only received an email noting one of the products being posted.

I'm certainly not making anymore products until this is fixed.

still no improvement. products are in queue for more than a week and still dont appear. my new shop is worth. while my old shop works more a less, the new shop is a mess. cant personalize.products dont show up etc...
any statement from zazzle-staff about what is going on ?

i´m willing to be patient- but i read in other posts that the problem persists since august ... !?
i can understand that at this time is lot of traffic- but they really should upgrade their system then. they should have enough money for it.

I am also having the same issues - products not posting to the store, not showing up in search results, appearing and disappearing etc.
I am launching a new store and was hoping to do major promotions for it starting Jan 1, but at this rate I'll never be ready for it.
Most of the products I created in the last 2 days are still "In Progress" and none of the products that I created this week are stable. Sometimes they show up in the store, but most of the time not.
I have made the decision to not create any more products until these issues have been sorted out. I certainly hope that it's soon!

Same problem for me. New products seem to take days to show up consistently, and even when they do, they don't necessarily show up in their category. For one of my shops, I typically make a new category each time I put up a new design. Right now I'm setting the categories as invisible until the products appear. I don't want people to click on three categories in a row and get annoyed because they're empty. Kind of gets in the way of the promotional efforts I want to do.

It's a new system rule. It can take 2 days for the new products to go live.
For me it has been averaging about four days for the new products to show up in my store. I think that the products are posted to the MP first.
I added the new products to one of my stores on Wed and they are slowing showing up in my store today.

I'm having similar problems. Products I created over the weekend didn't show up in the shop until Thursday (yesterday), and now they've disappeared!

Hoping it all gets resolved soon, whatever 'it' is.

It is not just about delays for products to show up in the stores and searches. Read the posts here and in the similar threads. The system is acting strangely. Things appear and disappear etc.

Takes time for items to appear: no problem.
Takes longer sometimes: no problem.
System has a bug? No problem. It happens. It gets fixed.

Lying to the sellers: PROBLEM.
(here and here)

No courteous admission of the problem and assurance that it is being fixed: PROBLEM

Cafe Press is looking better. I might sign on there and see.

Same pattern for me too - of "now you see the products - and now you don't see the products". You are not alone. (ps.. Cafepress is not any better I was just there) Everyone is maxed out. We just have to wait it out.

I'm sure CP is slow now too with Christmas work load and that they have bugs and site issues sometimes too.

The problem is not the slowness. The problems are inconsistent display of items and the disrespectful treatment of sellers by denying there is a problem. I'm sure Zazzle will fix the system, even though they denied (see earlier) that there is anything to fix.

Does CP lie to its sellers/designers and pretend there isn't a problem when there is and blame the seller/designer's browser or ISP? Really, I haven't used them and I want to know. (Will check their forum if any.)

I did look at their intro stuff and Z's and started here because it seemed simpler.
