Payment now changed from March to April

I checked my earnings a while ago and it stated that I would be paid March 15th. I've been checking my PP but no payment. Now I see that I won't get a payment until April 15th. Actually this happened to my February payment too - delayed until March.
(I did post abut this in the "Zazzle Store" thread. Steve gave me a link to another thread about payments. There was a post about SSN. I also see a post here about W8 forms.
So could this be affecting my payment?
I live in Canada - so what do I need to do about forms or SIN (Canada) SSN (US) numbers? I can't find any place to enter a number.
You advice is appreciated.

Have a look at your 'Payment settings' page, it should tell you there whether you need to fill out a W-8 BEN.

My March payment just disappeared, not delayed. I posted a question to see if anyone else was having the same problem, and the posting just got removed too. Zazzle has not yet given me an explanation, even though I've emailed and asked it to be checked out. What is happening?

I keep getting pushed to the next month too and contacting zazzle has been of no help!

I've had the same problem with delayed payments being pushed off a month each month. I found out I needed to re-type in my SS# and I did that and everything looked set to pay me in March and then it got pushed to April like others here.

I e-mailed the help desk and all they seem to be able to tell me in an e-mail is that I should call them, at the bottom of the e-mail it said to e-mail them back if I would rather work over e-mail than call in...so I did, then today i get an e-mail saying "Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you." :S but they weren't!


Can't they say in an e-mail what they would say on the phone? Is it really that difficult of a problem to fix? Has calling in helped anyone else on here?

I might wait till April 15th first and see if it comes and then call in if it gets delayed again*sigh*
